Actually, a Jinchuriki being able to break out of Genjutsu because of their Bijuu isn't common knowledge, so it's unlikely Itachi knew that.

Yeah, it's one of his four MS abilities. That's what I've been saying this whole thread.

Databook said you need Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi (Notice how it's only two abilities and doesn't mention a third because there is no third power) to use Susano'o. However, it only said amaterasu and tsukuyomi because that is what Itachi (who was the only one who had it at the time) needed to unlock it because it was his own two MS abilities.

Amaterasu [right eye] + Tsukuyomi [left eye] = Susano'o correct?

"Enton" or "Blaze release" Is not an advanced nature release, If that were true then the black flames would spawn from nothing & using ama would be utterly redundant.

The fact that sasuke needs to first create the flames via amaterasu is proof that enton is simply manipulation of those flames.

Show me an advanced nature release that can't spawn it's nature release from nothing. Enton is simply the name of sasuke's ama manipulation, he can't manipulate black flames with enton if he has no ama in the first place.

Extinguishing ama is a low level form of control, just as sasuke's MS genjutsu is a low level genjutsu [compared to tsukuyomi], neither are tsuku/enton.

3. Once again, use your reasoning. Sasuke uses Kagutsuchi through his right eye. Putting out the flames count as manipulating them since you took control of it and made it do something. Sasuke put out the flames with his right eye. Kagutsuchi is manipulating the flames. Add it all up, and you get that the ability to put out the flames is a variant of Kagutsuchi, just like forming spikes, the orb, or the sword are variants.

Since the genjutsu paralyzed cee, I believe it's because he tried to use a powerful one but suffered backlash because he has the MS.

However there is no real answer as to why the genjutsu caused strain.

So in other words you don't have an answer. The fact is that tsukuyomi is just a powerful genjutsu. Its Itachi's skill with the technique that gives it its abilities.
My post from earlier could very well be correct.

To put it simply Sasuke has the capability to use tsukuyomi, but it is not at the masterful form of Itachi's which can even manipulate time and therefore can not be categorized as Tsukuyomi. (Which is why Kishi never put "Tsukuyomi" up there when ever Sasuke used the technique)

As far as the three technique thing goes Sasuke has since part 1 been stated to have more potential than Itachi. Sasuke's MS is inverted, a style that none of his predecessors possessed, and as Rikerslade stated Kishi never said that MS maxes out at 3. The fact is that the comment about Sasuke's right eye manipulating flames was made by Cee, a non uchiha, who can only explain things by what he has observed even if he is correct it doesn't mean that it limited Enton to being the only capability of that eye.

To face facts the symptoms of Sasuke's genjutsu are reminiscent of Tsukuyomi and while it may not have the capabilities it KA and Obito's MS genjutsu lack the MS pain, so it can only be Tsukuyomi.

Sasuke's is vastly inferior to Itachi's that he can't even alter the perception of time, it's useless against Madara the same way his Amaterasu was useless against him, the same way they're useless against a Full Yin/Yang Kurama Jinchūriki.
