He should/must use the boys one, because he's one.
Also they shouldn't have one for trannys, because it's a mental illness and we shouldn't support it.

The only solution is to put him in a psychatric ward.

Anyways, this is a hard one for me to decide on. Personally, I think she should be able to use the women's restroom, but she was given the option for a neutral one, and I think it is the best compromise at the moment. Secondly, its a ****ing bathroom. A woman's bathroom. They're not going to see anything.

Being gay, bi, transgender, etc. is totally fine imo as long as you're not demanding rights that actively hurt other people. Gay people getting married, totally fine as it involves no one but the two gay people in love.

My point exactly. And this is coming from a gay male. This case really isn't a case of discrimination or infringing on the offended civil liberties but more of a personal preference that is being obliged by a public institution. If he/she was actually transgender (thus having female genitalia) then this would be an issue.

But in this case this is just a primadonna wanting his/her way because the Unisex bathroom doesn't fit with them anymore. It may sound insensitive but the offended cannot expect people to oblige your comforts at the expense of making everyone else uncomfortable. In this case the man/girl is wrong.

even if you mentally identify with being a woman, the fact of the matter is you are currently a boy in every aspect until you undergo gender reassignment.


Suck it up, get the surgery, then use the girl's waiting room.

Although unlikely there's still a risk of something terrible happening. And desire doesn't change reality or fact. People should live their lives the way they want but just because someone wants to be a woman it doesn't mean we should let him in the woman's bathroom--because he is male.

I know it sounds mean and I'm sorry but we have to look on decisions based on fact and reality. Not preference, desire status quo or how we'd like things to be.
