With that first jutsu, makes it pretty hard to defend against silent techniques whenever their eyes are blinded. 0_0




One of the most useful water techniques, regardless of rank. After performing the required hand seals the area will begin to get rained upon, spanning out to long range. The rain happens seconds after you perform the hand seals, forming clouds and beginning to rain in no time. The rain is connected with the users chakra network thus allowing the user to sense every movement that goes on within the rain. Its great for a defense as well as anticipation of attacks. Its one of the best jutsus for defense so I recommend to always set it in the start of the battle. Don't be fooled though, its sensory abilities is nice but you do not sense the opponent mold chakra, it does not go that far. You can though sense projectiles coming towards you since the rain is likely to hit them. Ways to stop this jutsu, is simply blow the clouds away. Just remember, the rain can only sense something that it comes into contact with. So if your opponent has a non chakra umbrella and none of the rain hits him, you wouldn't sense him.

When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.




A jutsu I like to use mainly with a clone in all honesty. The user will manipulate a water source or spew out some water while doing the required hand seals. The water will shape into a condense sphere around the opponent with haste. The water acts to suffocate the opponent and drown them and It's also hard to move because its pressurized heavy water. You can even use it one yourself to block attacks within reason. Its a great way to trap an opponent and make life difficult for him or a small summon or clone. A downside is you must always have a hand on the water sphere if not then the water is released and done. That is why its best used with a clone to keep his hands on the water. Its a handy jutsu and great to spring some traps.

Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

To execute this jutsu, I'll perfomr a series of handseals precisely Bird β†’ Rat β†’ Ox β†’ Monkey
β†’ Rat β†’ Snake, and thereafter infused my chakra into the clouds above. Immediately after this, the rain will fall from the clouds above, formed with my own chakra. When the rain is obstructed with a foreign chakra, I would immediately detected it considering it's connected to my chakra network.

Advantages:
Were should I start, there are so many advantages but of the key ones, is it can sense foreign chakra anyway around the battlefield whether it be an invincible summon or even projectiles technique

Disadvantages:
Although it can't detect chakra, but it can't detect when an opponent is about to mold chakra. Meaning fast projectile techniques can subsequently take the user by surprise.

Countering:
To counter this technique, the user can simply use Wind release: Pressure damage to blow away the clouds.

With Combos:
Doesn't really require combos but in some cases, can be used in conjunction with lightning release by infusing lightning chakra on the clouds which will rain down water infused with lightning.

Question/comments: Gotta agree with what you mentioned earlier. It's a excellent technique especially when used at the start of a battle.

Again with this technique, I'll execute various hand seals, whilst using Nature transformation and transform my raw chakra into suiton chakra. Then I'll expell out a sufficient amount of water towards my opponent and use Shape manipulation and shape out a sphere that is virtually inescapable.

Advantages:
One great advantage is that, it can be used trap even the toughest opponents unable them to move due to the density of water. Furthermore, it can be used for defensive purpose like voiding Fire projectile technique from B-rank and below.

Disadvantages:
Since it requires at least one arm inside the sphere, the opponent can used this opportunity to inflict injuries on the user arm.

Countering: Countering this jutsu would require Wind technique such as Hurricane fist, which will definitely destroy the sphere of water.

With combos: Can be used in conjunction with lightning release, which will certainly electrocute the target considering they can't escape.

With this jutsu, I'll mold my suiton chakra basically all through my body and transform / replace my body into some sorth of liquid or in other words water.

Advantages:
In relation to this, this technique the ascendency of helping users to escape pointblank projectiles attack, Whether it be earth or steel.

Disadvantages:
Like you earlier mentioned, due to the fact the user will be in liquid form (water, the opponent can use this as an advantage on electrocute the user.

Countering:
To counter this technique would require elemental raw chakra. Such as Fire release or Futon release.

With combos: Can't be used with combos considering while in this form, the user can't go for an offensive attack whatsover.

To accomplish this jutsu, I'll execute two hand seals and mold my suiton chakra. Then I'll summon a huge water body out of thin air, which would be stationary at first, but later send to strike the opponent. Alternatively, I could manipulate the water using shape manipulation and transform it into a dragon that attacks the target almost instantly.

Advantages:
The jutsu is extremely versatile and easy to perform. It can also take opponent by surprises due to the speed.

Disadvantages:
Only limited to short/Mid range distances Meaning, opponents who are further from Mid-range won't get affected by it.

Countering:
A Fire stream technique such as Fire Breath would certainly void and countering, forming a steam screen through the process.

With combos:
Can be used with Lightning release to form a type Lightning blasting technique. Can also be used in conjunction with Wind as well.

It has the force to cut through many attacks and its very fast moving as well. Its projectile based as well and remains the shape of a slicing jet during it duration towards whatever the target is. A simple wall is all that is needed to block or even something below it to disrupt its shape. Its good for combos too since you can send attacks directly after since its a projectile.

Also self explanatory, I'll simply perform a tiger hand seal, and mold my chakra. Thereby I'll use Nature transformation, turning my chakra into actual suiton chakra whilst slaming my foot towards the ground. By this, I'll release an enormous water to rise up, and travel towards the target as a slicing jet.

Advantages:
Due to it's slashing propertices, it can certainly slash opponents taking them by surprises as well as penetrate lower attacks as well. It seems to be fast in moving also.

Disadvantages:
The user can only be able to perform this technique on a solid platform. Meaning it can't be executed while in the air. It is also limited to Short/Mid-range as well.

Countering:
D-Rank Earth projectile techniques are all that's is neccessary in countering this jutsu effectively.

With combos:
Can be used in conjunction with Lightning release as usual. Can also be used with Wind release in some cases since it's condense. Which would be even more shape.

Next, I'll gather my chakra whilst using Nature transformation, transforming it into actual suiton chakra in my mouth. Then I'll release a condense ball of water capable of carving the earth and even push opponents back as well as cause physical injuries.

Advantages:
This technique doesn't in any way require handseals. And it's also extremely fast going towards opponent.

Disadvantages:
Unfortunately, this technique is only limited to Short/Mid-range. Furthermore avoiding it doesn't neccessary need a jutsu. A simple solid platform can potentially void the attack, Albeit it has to be fall in place with is Natural weakness which is earth.

Countering:
To counter this technique, would require Fire projectile jutsu from B-rank and above. E.g Fire release - Great fire balls. D-Rank Earth techniques or even a solid platform can void the attack.

With combos:
With this, the user can coat this jutsu with lightning just as they expel it, to create even a greater devastating effect once upon contact.

Question/comments: Can it be shot more than once on a single turn?

Okay I'll mold my suiton chakra and perform seven hand seals. Then I'll rise a water body beneath me from the ground, which can be used in various way depending on the situations.

Advantages:
This jutsu certainly has a lot of advantages. For one, you can used the water body for a water summoning to be encased in and allow the user to move into areas where water doesn't dwell. Or you can use the water body as a source, to create other water jutsus.

Disadvantages:
Only limited to Short/Mid-range, and the opponent can sometimes seemingly turn it against the user by using it has a water source to execute other offensive techniques.

Countering:
A simple Earth wall, can void the technique easily. Additionally, Fire release: Fire wall can also stop the technique from moving.

With combos:
As usual, it can be used with lightning release to create even a more deadly effect. E.g, The user can simply encase the water body with lightning, sending it towards the opponent Thus creating a surprised attack yet deadly attack.

If the user encase the water body with lightning, can the opponent manipulate it as a water source into creating another water technique?

Well, this is a very basic and ordinary technique tbvh. The purpose of it is when the user is underwater they will propel themselves through the water by releasing their chakra throughout their entire body. This will also partially mask the user's presence while underwater making it quite difficult for an enemy to find you but if they aren't a sensor or possess a dojutsu. It can be used to do pretty decent sneak attacks and it's handy when you are caught underwater and want to move around. The jutsu is fast to use and pretty simple, though this can only be used in bigger water sources such as rivers, lakes, oceans, etc.

Description: This Technique allows the user to properl themselves through a body of water by using their chakra. While underwater, this technique will also partially mask the users presence.
Note: Must be a large water source such as a lake to use.

Quite self explanatory, I'll mold my suiton chakra and then propel myself through a water body by using my suiton chakra. While inside the water body, my whereabouts would be unknown considering this technique would partically mask my presence.

Advantages:
This jutsu is quite easy to perform, and it sometimes open way for a sneak attack against foes.

Disadvantages:
Requires a large water source meaning, It must be done on a lake or ocean but not on a solid ground. Also sensorys and Doujutsu users can easily unmask the user presence.

Countering:
Countering requires the opponent to unmask the user presence. This is way Doujutsu comes into play simply because doujutsu users can detect the user's chakra. Same situation applies with sensory users.

With Combos:
Doesn't require combos since it's a supplementary technique.

Next, I'll mold my raw chakra, whilst using nature transformation and turning it into suiton chakra. Then, I'll use expel out powerful jet of water from my hands by using shape manipulation.

Advantages:
A relative fast jutsu which can take opponents by surprise especially since it's at short-range. It's also quite easy to perform and even more hard to evade.

Disadvantages:
Limited to short-range only, and quite easily countered by most Earth techniques. Even a simple earth wall would stop it.

Countering:
D-rank Earth projectiles, would definitely counter it as well as C-Rank Fire techniques. Also in somes cases, strong wind jutsu can sometimes alter the trajectory.

With Combos:
As Usual, lightning release can be used by coating the jet of water with lightning. Alternatively, Wind jutsu can also be used by also coating the jet of water with it which would increase the sharpness.

To execute this technique, I perform a series of hand seals precisely β†’ Dog β†’ Horse β†’ Tiger hand seals whilst gathering my suiton chakra. Then I'll manipulate a suiton water source to create a large spiral stream of water that has to be guided to strike my opposing target in a number of different angles.

Advantages:
A very versatile and tricky technique, as it can attack a target from different angles making it extremely difficult for opponents counter.

Disadvantages:
In terms of disadvantages, this jutsu requires a water source to be completeld. Meaning, it can't be perform on a solid platform. Additionally, this jutsu also requires a great deal of concentration to be able to guide the spiral stream of water against the target.

Countering:
The user can simply use Fire techniques such as fire-wall to surround themselves, Thus voiding the water jutsu even if it manipulated into a different angle.

With combos:
Lightning release as usual can be injected into it to create a more devastating spiral stream of water laced with lightning properties. Capable of causing physical injuries, as well as numbing effect once upon contact on the target.

Next, while untop of a water body, I'll gather my suiton chakra and create a large whirlpool underneath my opponent. Once created, it'll be capable of devouring my opponent underwater as well as myself if not careful.

Advantages:
A very fast techniques as it doesn't require hand seals which will take opponents by surprise.

Disadvantages:
Also requires a water source. And when the whirlpool is created, it can also devour the user if (s)he isn't careful especially when it's done at short range.

Countering:
To counter this technique, the user can simply use Poweful stream fire jutsu to evaporate the water body. Furthermore, when devour by the whirlpool, the user can use Earth related techniques to sumerge out of the water.

With combos:
Once the opponent is suck into the whirlpool, the user in a quick followup can send Lightning release into the whirlpool, electrocuting the opponent while they drowns.

The black cloud will begin to rain a flammable substance (oil). It does not cause any restriction of movement but its main purpose is to ignite it with fire to completely burn the opponent severely. Now if you are ever caught using a full body wind jutsu can easily blow the oil away.

With this technqiue, I'll execute a couple of hand seals and then mold my suiton chakra. Afterwards, I would create a flammable black mist which forms a cloud above the opposing target. Then the black cloud will began to rain down flammable oil that covers the target which can burn the target immensly by using fire to lite the flammable oil.

Advantages:
In terms of advantages, this technique can burns opponents with great feriocity. Also once the opponent is engulf in the oil, water technique won't be able to wash it away considering Oil is stronger than water.

Disadvantages;
Can easily be grasp by the opponent, considering it's takes quite a small amount of time to perform. Even when performed, the cloud will clearly visible which will make the opponent to quickly act on defensive.

Countering:
Wind technqiues such as Wind pressure can be used to blow the clouds away before it releases it's flammable oil.

With Combos:
Can be used into conjunction with Fire release which will in turn ignite the flammable oil. Thus burning the opponents intensively.

This technique can be used as water source to perform other water related techniques. It can also serve for relaxation, and also training spot. Additionally, it also has the effects of hiding one's location from unwanted enemies.

Disadvantages:
Just as it can be used as a water source to perform other water techniques, The opponent can also use it for their intended techniques.

Countering:
B-Rank Fire release jutsu can used to evaporate the water fall. Alternatively, the user can simply use wind jutsu the blow away the water-fall.

With Combos:
Doesn't really combos since it's a supplementary technique. Albeit, the waterfall can be manipulated to form other water techniques that enable the user to execute other elemental attacks.

The clone will dissolve back into water and suddenly 4 projectile which are quite sharp will act to try and impale the opponent. You must have a water clone first before you do this tech obviously. You can use the clone to get in close to the opponent making evasion much more difficult to perform. Its also a sudden technique so it can deceive the opponent if used correctly. Its a straightforward tech and after the projectiles have been sent you're done from their and you can continue to another tech.

You will finally launch the opponent in the air and while the opponent is airborne the user will concentrate water chakra in their palm and swing it towards the hanging opponent releasing a crescent blade of water which will act to impale the opponent on contact. Now this is a basic technique and very good for close range usage. Having good speed and fluid movement would work well with this jutsu, using drunken fist would be a great combo. An opponent in the air has very little they can do. Ways to counter is if the opponent gets in close range, you can use a armor to hurt their fist. One of the many counters.

Executing this jutsu, would require a water clone present. The water clone, would be further manipulated by the user to advance against the opposing target. When the clone reached at least a few meters towards the target, it will be transform back into water and turned into four projectiles type of weaponry that shoots the target.

Advantages:
A quite versatile technique, that can sometimes take even the most cautious opponent by surprise. Additionally the clone can also be used as a decoy to deceive opponents into thinking it only serves as a distraction.

Disadvantages:
Requires a water clone present before this jutsu can be executed.

Countering:
Countering this technique is quite untroublesome. The user can simply evaporate the clone by using a B-rank fire attack before it even began to transform into water.

With combo's:
As accustomed, lightning release can be used in conjunction with this jutsu by simply lacing the projectiles weaponry with Lightning properties. If it makes contact with opposing targets, it'll cause physical injuries as well as numbing effect.

If this goes as plan, my opponent would be on the air while I concentrate my suiton chakra towards my dominant fist and swings it in a horizontal arc. A cresent blade of water would be released, which would strike my target.

Advantages:
In terms of advantages, this jutsu is relatively easy to perform against opponents. It can be used to impale targets who are been lifted up in the air, to create further physical injuries.

Disadvantages:
Although this jutsu seems to be a straight foward attack, the target are required to be on the air at all times. Meaning if they aren't, this jutsu can be easily evaded.

Countering:
To counter this technique, the user should be able to void and stop their opponents parent attacks that lifted them up into the air.

With combos:
This jutsu is best used when executing taijutsu attacks. As the descriptions says, punches or kicks are required, which basically means it can be used with Taijutsu combos that could lift opponents into the air.

Quite a versatile and fast technique as it doesn't require hand seals. Can also be used as a means to perform further offensives attack. Furthermore when in danger, this jutsu can be used to unbalance the target from performing a jutsu.

Disadvantages:
The opponent in some cases can used this jutsu as a source to perform other techniques that requires a water source.

Countering:
Earth related technique can certainly counter this jutsu. Fire in some cases, can also be use by opponents to void the upcoming water body before it lift them into the air.

Once the water body lifts the opposing target into the air, it can be laced with Lightning to formed numbing injuries against the target.

Description: After making the ram hand seal the user generates water around their right arm and then by thrusting their arm forwards they release the water in the form of a projectile bullet that drives through the opponent pushing them back several feet.

On this technqiue, I'll simply execute a ram hand seal, Afterwhich I'll then use Nature transformation, turning my chakra into suiton chakra and channel this chakra into my right arm. By thrusting foward my right arm, Water bullets would be released against my opponent pushing them back several feets.

Advantages:
The water bullets are capable of moving very fast, which can push opponents several feet away once upon contact.

Disadvantages:
Only limited to short-range, and like you said Since it requires hand seals, Taijutsu users can simply use a Taijutsu offensive move before the hand seal is completed.

Countering:
A simple Earth projectiles technique can pratically destroy the water bullets before it reaches the user.

With combo's:
Wind release can used in conjunction with this technique, by simply covering the bullets with wind properties Thus, making the bullets more sharper and deadly.

Okay this is actually a handy jutsu but is misused many times. The user will simply create a pool of water beneath them which acts to carry the opponent forward. Not side to side, it acts to only move one direction towards the opponent. Its good to evade certain techniques. Now when you reach the opponent, you take out your sword and slash him up to bits. Its a fast acting jutsu so its hard for the opponent to note come in contact though the pool can only move mid range at most. Its a nice jutsu to use for close range battle. A simple counter which you can turn into a offense is electrifying thewater, shock the opponents feet.

Okay a streaming water technique meaning you will have to keep constant control over its movement and where you send it. You will basically send a stream of water towards the opponent which acts to lash or whip the opponent and send the back some meters. Now its hard to evade since its streaming so you can specifically aim and control as long as you remain focused. Blocking is the best thing to do for this jutsu as a line of defense.

With this technique, I'll gather my suiton chakra and then create a moving body of water beneath my legs. This water body would be capable of carrying me towards my opposing target at a fast pace from either Mid-range or Short-range. On getting closer to my target, I'll simply thrust forward my sword and slash my opponent as many times I want.

Advantages:
Quite a versatile jutsu I must say as it doesn't require and hand seals. It's also capable of evading projectile attacks that would otherwise kill the user.

Disadvantages:
Unfortunately, it can only carry the user towards the opposing target, not side to side. Meaning once it locks towards the target, it can't move sideways.

Countering:
To counter this technique would require Lightning jutsu. The user can simply expel out Lightning chakra towards the water body which would shock the opponent intensely.

With combos:
Can be used in conjunction with Kenjutsu techniques as well as Taijutsu techniques to impale the opposing target.

First of all, I'll knead my suiton chakra into my mouth and then move my hand placing it on my mouth. This enables me to expel water in form of a whip which I could use to lash or grip my opponent. And since it's a streaming jutsu, I'll continue adding my chakra into it to sustain the whip.

Advantages:
Can be use in some cases to grip opponents in the air Thus surprising them. Can also be use to lash opponents causing intense injuries.

Disadvantages:
Only limited to short-range.

Countering:
A Simple B-rank fire projectile technique can certainly destroy the whip. Same scenarios goes with related D-rank Earth techniques.

With Combos:
The whip can be laced with Lightning chakra once it grip the opponent. This would electrocute the opponent and causing further numbing effect. Although it depends on the rank of the lightning technique.
