Dean meets his newest student on the training field.
"Hey there Carl, the name is Dean Winchester. I will be finishing off your Lightning training. Now, I want you to perform the last jutsu you learned and give me an advantage and disadvantage. Ask questions if you have to!"
Dean then waits for Carl's performance so they could continue.

"Ah, straight to the point, I have a feelin' imma like ya" Carl says jokingly. He then performs a series of handseals, storing all his Raiton chakra inside of the middle of his chest, then releases so it covers his entire body. He then dashes quickly towards a nearby dummy, throwing his right arm back, he hits the clone with sheer brute force, knocking the dummy meters back, frying it in the process.
"An advantage to this technique would be the fact that our bodies are literally covered in electricity. This'll mean that close range Doton techniques'll be ineffective against the user. It also adds damage to a normal Taijutsu punch. Now as for disadvantages, I would say it being a CQC move. Against proficient Fuuton users, this could be our biggest handicap. Having to run up in the opponent is already hard, adding an even more obvious weakness would only add to the struggle."
He releases the electricity from his body and inserts his hands in his pockets.

More then one eh? I got this! Carl weaves through three handseals, [Tiger → Snake → Dog] then manipulates his Raiton chakra into his right hand. He slowly opens his palm widely and releases a medium-sized electrical current at the impending clones, afterwards, Carl turns and faces Dean, stretching his arms, he then begins to explain what he thinks about the jutsu.
"It was pretty effin' sweet, but in all seriousness. An advantage would be attacking multiple enemies at once, this can strike the opponent's teammates, or clones and allies. Also, complimented by a Suiton technique, it can deal extra damage, hurting the opponent even further. No a downside is, this can potentially hurt your allies aswell, if they happen to get in the way. Then we have the fact if your opponent recognizes the jutsu, he can easily counter with a Fuuton jutsu, causing a waste of chakra and time. I'll say this technique can only go about mid-way, meaning it shouldn't be used while facing a long-ranged opponent. As far as battle goes, I would only suggest this if you're being attacked my multiple enemies, and dopplegangers. It gets rid of 'em effectively and quickly."

Carl claps his hands and holds them in that position. Out of no where, a giant vortex of water begins to circle around him. He releases the seal and directs the waves towards the clone, afterwards he manipulates his Raiton chakra and directs it towards his hands. Extending them forward, he releases a powerful stream of lightning racing towards the clone. After both attacks hit, a miniture shockwave rumbles through the training grounds. Carl turns to Dean and does the routine.
"I would say a disadvantage would be it requires to be amplified by a Suiton technique. Considering your profficiency in the Suiton area, the potential damage could be halved due to inexperience. An advantage would be, if used with a Suiton technique it adds onto the enemy, and could possibly stun them. Allowing you to strike accordingly"

As the clone comes towards Carl, quickly focusing his Raiton chakra in his chest, he quickly releases it so it surrounds his body, similar to armor. Just before the clone hits him, he throws his arms in front of his face in an "X" shape, taking the force of the attack. Afterwards, he quickly releases the "X" formation with his arms, hitting the clone with a strong right-hook that connects with it's jaw perfectly. The clone disperses, aswell as the armor. Standing back up, Carl slowly walks over to Dean.
"It wasn't that hard to use, pretty neat technique there. Moving on, let's get right into the disadvantages. The armor is only good for one offensive attack, meaning right afterwards it'll disappear immediately. This could cause trouble if your opponent is quick enough to exploit that weakness and strike as soon as it goes away, leaving you wide open. An advantage would be the fact that it acts as an armor, blocking incoming attacks. It can be used if you can't erupt an Earth wall as quickly as you'd like, so it's basically a last resort technique. Overall, it's not that bad"

Use it on my clone who is standing beneath the cliff, not suspecting it."

"Then after that, I want you to raise your dominant hand before you like you would hold out a sword to foe. Focus your Lightning based chakra to said hand, and it will start glowing yellow before you release bolts of Lightning that travels towards the person, and then form them into a horn like shape. Once it moves forwards, it will spread outwards, allowing it to attack more enemies at once. Use it on my clone!'
Dean stands and creates a clone, who moves away a few meters.

Carl walks over to the cliff and looks down, upon seeing the clone he sighs, "Alright then, let's do this" Performing the handsigns [Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped], he manipulates his chakrs into that of a wave. As it protrudes from his body, he feels the cliff's structure weaken, jumping back, he watches as it falls on the clone. Turning and facing the real Dean, he does his routine, "A disadvantage would be the fact that it's only for certain situations. Like the one just now, it can really only be used on cliffs or stuff similar. Now an advantage would have to be, when used in those situations, it applies nicely. Giving the enemey a possible hard time dodging the rocks."
After that, Carl raises his hand horizontally, so it's facing Dean's clone. As he begins to focus his Raiton chakra in his right palm, it begins to emit a golden light. Electricity begins to takeover, as he shapes it into a horn like shape and release it towards Dean. It spreads widely before actually hitting the clone, Carl looks in awe, as he turns to the original.
"COOOL!" he says excitedly. He then coughs and calms down, then returns to speaking. "Uhm, yeah, an advantage of said technique would be the ability to attack multiple enemies at once. This can prove useful at attacking a group of foes. Now as for the disadvantage, I would say the Golden Light. It allows the enemy to know you're preparing an attack then block accordingly. If they are familiar with the jutsu"

"Okay, the next jutsu. First, grab this sword over here. You are going to need it. Hold the sword in your dominant hand and channel Lightning chakra into to increase it's cutting capabilties, and then levitate it in front of you. After doing that, create two physical copies of the sword, and with hand gestures, manipulate the swords to fly towards the opponent and slice them up. Use it against my clone."
Dean creates a clone that awaits Carl's attack.
"Okay, the next jutsu. First, grab this sword over here. You are going to need it. Hold the sword in your dominant hand and channel Lightning chakra into to increase it's cutting capabilties, and then levitate it in front of you. "Eh? A sword jutsu? I like the sounds of this!" Carl then runs over the the stone peddle stole and picks up the sword with his right hand. Turning around, with the sword firmly in his hand, he charges a massive amount of his Raiton chakra through the blade. "Now, I guess I just have to levitate, right?" he throws it in the air, and surprisingly, it doesn't fall back down. It sits in front of his face, levitating, with the tip of the sword pointing towards Dean's clone. He creates to more copies of it, making three flying electricity charged swords ready to advance acting on his will. Raising his left hand, he makes a particular motion, causing all three of them to swiftly make their way towards the doppleganger. The one on the far right slashes from the right shoulder down to the left side of the stomach, while the one on the far left, slashes from the left shoulder to the left side of the stomach. The middle one does a horizontal slash and bisects the clone. After it disperses Carl is all jittery and jumps in excitement.
Calming himself down, he analyzes the technique he just performed and begins to explain to the best of his ability. "This technique allows you to charge your Raiton energy through your sword, amplifying it's piercing power, while simultaneously levitating them in front of your face. That could be an advantage, due to the fact it could easily shatter other normal swords that are enhanced, and you don't physically engage the enemy yourself, since your swords are levitating. This gives you an opening to strike at them quickly. Now as for a disadvantage, they probably can't go a far distance, since it would require focus to cause them to levitate."

As thr clones advance towards Carl, he hastily manipulates and directs his lightning natured chakra into his dominant. Generating a substantial amount of electricity, he takes his arm, and slams it against the wamr surface of the ground. From the attack, lighting spreads out in a circular manner around him, dispersing and eliminating all of Dean's clones with relative ease. When the smokes clears, Carl lifts his hand from the burnt, crispy patch of grass, turning to Dean. "Now that......was a shocker" he says, while laughing at his corny remark. He slowly pats off all the dust and debris from his jacket, wiping off his boots, he yawns.
"Now, let's see here, i'm supposed to give you the advantages and disadvantages of the technique right? Well sorry, i'm a little....SHOCKED!! Laughing under his breath, he tenses up and sneezes. Coming back to his senses, he begins to take it as serious as before, "In all seriousness though, in my personal opinion, the omni-directional thing is a huge advantage. It's ideal when you're aurrounded on all aides by the enemy, and can really get ya out of a pinch. Now, as for dislikes and disadvantages, the range is most likely limited. Your enemy'll have to creep on you for you to be able to use it. Meaning, if they're not in close range, it's a no-go"
Extending his arms outward, Carl releases yet another loud yawn, All these jutsu are making me tired, but I have to push through, if i'm going to be the best

As the clone runs towards Carl, he makes the [Ox] handseal then extends his arms outward. Charging then releasing his Raiton chakra all at once, he creates a wall made out of pure lightning which stands about three meters away from him. As the clone gets electrocuted and disperses, he releases the wall, then shakes both of his hands to get rid of the fuzzy feeling. "I suppose an advantage is making a wall to block opponents from attacking you in CQC, electrocuting them, it gives you a chance to counter attack. While a disadvantage would be the limit, they could easily maneuver around the wall or overcome it."

This can be done up to short range and will electrocute anyone that comes into contact with it. It can also deliver physical momentum and push the opponent backwards. Use it on my clone to shock him."

"After that, I want you to concentrate your Lightning based chakra in your dominant hand, to form a sphere of pure Lightning around it. Then, use this to punch your opponent and deliver damage in the form of an electrical explosion. Try it out on my clone, apparently, he is a boxer."

As the clone crashes, sparks flight in different directions, as he releases from his previous stance, he covers his eyes. "That's pretty bright..." he states as he covers his eyes with his left arm.
Afterwards, Carl slowly looks to his right, only to see another one of Dean's clones dashing towards him. Concentrating his Raiton chakra in his right hand, creating a small ball of condensed lightning barely big enough to cover his hand, he assumes his boxing stance and waits for the clone to approach him further. When the clone is in range, he cocks his hand back and delivers a strong right-hook that connects with the jaw perfectly, releasing the Raiton chakra from within his hand, a substantial electrical explosion occurs.
Walking over to the original Dean, he dusts himself and begins explaining what he knows. "Now for the first one, i'd recommend using it in close range. If the enemy tries to advance and hit you directly, you can quickly throw up your hands to create this electrical dome to shock them. A disadvantage would be the fact it's only short range, therefore you'd have either run up on them, or wait for them to run up on you. Now as for advantages, the fact you can push them back is useful, after you push them back, you can easily gain the upperhand by another surprise attack."

Dean creates a clone, who calls Carl names and throws him with small pebbles.
"After that, form the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare handseals, and release your Lightning chakra into the ground before you. This allows you to shape the Earth into 4 big pillars around the target. These pillars then unleash a barrage of Lightning bolts and shocks. This can shock or paralyze any opponent caught within it. Use it against my clone."
Dean creates a clone, and the clone moves towards a spot nearby, where a huge 'X' is drawn.
"Now, for the next two. First, raise your hand into the air, and send an electrical discharge into the sky by manipulating your Lightning based chakra.
