"Easy peasy, let's go", he says as he takes his right hand, concentrating chakra into his palm. As the ball forms, he extends it outwards towards the clone, as he releases it, it lunges towards it, hitting it exactly in the throat. As it hits, it releases a large explosion and sparks fly all around. While covering his eyes, Carl backs up towards Dean.

Forming the [Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger], Carl causes sixteen pillars of lightning to rise up from the ground, completely surrounding Dean's clone on all sides.The pillars slowly connect, forming a cube-like shape that incases it. "Well since I don't have any of the techniques, i'll let you slide" he says, releasing the technique.

"For the first technique you just focus your chakra into your hand, then release it in a sphere which expands into an explosion. Now an advantage is the explosion. It can easily catch anything, or anyone else in it's range, clearing out clones, allies, etc. A disadvantage is when you create the ball of lightning, your opponent notices it and can take the appropriate response to block it. As for the second one, you perform handseals and erupts sixteen pillars of lightning. It blocks the opponent and traps them inside, like an oven. An advantage is your opponent is trapped, a bad side is, with a strong enough wind attack they can probably break out."

Description: After performing the needed hand seals Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger the user will create a even more powerful version of Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind. Using this technique, the user creates sixteen giant pillars by using his lightning chakra to shape the ground into a multitude of pillars, which then form a giant cubic oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

"Okay, next two. First, another Chidori variant. Form a Chidori, and then manipulate it to form into a blade that extends up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an opponent, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. It has numbing effects, and cutting capabilities. Use it on my clone over there!"

Dean creates a clone that stands about 8 meters away.

"After that, manipulate your Lightning based chakra to form a whirling vortex of electricity around yourself. Then manipulate this vortex to take the form of a dragon's head, and attack forwards. If it doesn't connect with the opponent, the lightning can jump from the vortex towards the opponent. Use it against my clone!"

Extending his left arm, Carl forms a simple Chidori that covers his hand, by manipulating his chakra, Carl is able to turn that simple Chidori into a blade composed of lightning, that stretches to ten meters in length. As it pierces the clone that stands about eight meters from his location, he throws his hand up, completely severing his shoulder. As the clone disperses, Carl deactivates the sword and shakes his hand, getting ride of the tingly feeling from performing all these jutsu.

Focusing his chakra around him, Carl creates a vortex of pure electricity. As he applies shape manipulation, he forms it into a large dragon head that extends, and lunges towards the running clone. As it hits, the clone instantly disappears and a small crater is left in it's place; forming a seal, Carl gets ride of the spinning vortex and assumes his position towards Dean.

"The first one is pretty cool, by forming a Chidori in your hand, you can apply shape and make a blade composed of lightning that's capable of extending pretty far. An advantage is it's length, it can reach far away opponents. A disadvantage it'll easily give out your location, since like Chidori, it most likely give off that chirping noise. For the next one, you charge your chakra outward, creating a vortex of electricity in which you manipulate to form a Dragon head. An advantage is, if the attack doesn't hit, you're good to go since you can lunge the electricity at them. A disadvantage is, while in the vortex, you're vulnerable to water attacks."

Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact but unlike others, seems to focus more on having a cutting power, like a katana, than a piercing one. Because of its cutting abilities, it often seems to manifest a certain "solidity"; a tangible aspect.

Description: The user forms a whirling vortex of electricity around themselves. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will grow to then shoot forward and cover the area in front of them. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

"Now for the last one, form the Rabbit → Rat → Horse → Ram hand seals, then slam your hand onto the ground before you. Then, manipulate your Lightning based chakra to release a massive amount of Lightning chakra. This will then pool beneath the opponent before releasing itself in the form of gigantic column of Lightning that shocks anything above it. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Carl.

"Then, form the Snake hand seal, and manipulate your Lightning based chakra to form a spear of Lightning from your hand or mouth. This spear of Lightning can then be launched towards the opponent with great speed. One of my favorite techniques to use, try it against my clone."

Nodding in confirmation, Carl weaves the required handseals, [Rabbit → Rat → Horse → Ram], then slams his left hand on the ground's surface. Focusing all his chakra underneath, he directs it directly under the clone, after this, a giant column of electricity bursts up and vaporizes it completely, leaving no trace.

After that, Carl forms the snake seals and creates a spear from his mouth by manipulating his Raiton chakra. As it falls in his hands, he grasps the middle of it and hurls it at the Clone's gut, penetrating it immidately.

"The first jutsu is used by sending your chakra underground, then directing it under your opponent, releasing a large column of electricity to fry them on the spot. An advantage is if it hits, your opponent is basically done, hitting all of their body parts at once. A bad side is, it can be a little difficult to catch them if they run around. Now for the next one, it's used by creating a lightning spear from your mouth and using it as a weapon. It can be hurled at your opponent or used in close range. An advantage is the distance it covers, the disadvantage is the fact it's a projectile and can be blocked with long-range wind techniques"

Description: After doing the Rabbit → Rat → Horse → Ram hand seals, the user will slam his hand on the ground and release into it a massive amounts of lightning chakra which will then pool beneath his opponent before releasing itself into a gigantic column of lightning which shocks anything caught above it. The technique can affect a bigger or smaller area depending on the users will.

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

"Next, perform a Lightning blade and then, manipulate your Lightning based chakra to split it into two. This would cover both your hands in Lightning, and then rush with this Lightning into your opponent, shocking him. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a Kakashi themed clone.

"Now, after heating up the atmosphere with a Fire based jutsu, you would create thunderclouds. You will then use the Chidori to take control of pure Lightning, and have it strike your opponent in the blink of an eye. Basically impossible to dodge unless through S/T and you must first use a B rank Fire jutsu, then Chidori then post Kirin. You have to wait a turn for the clouds to form and then use Kirin. Since you don't have Fire, I'll blast a fireball to create the thunderclouds. Use it on my clone."

Holding his left hand with his right, Carl creates another blade of lightning. As he does this, he directs his chakra into his other hand aswell, splitting the blade into two. As both the hands are covered in lightning, Carl runs toward the Kakashi clone and punches it in the gut, shocking and dispersing it.

As the thunderclouds cover the sky, Carl forms a Chidori with his right hand a jumps far away from Dean. Waiting for the clouds to finish, he throws his hand in the air and waits. As they finish, he manipulates his chakra to take control of the pure lightning, then using shap manipulation to change it's form into a dragon. As he throws his hand down, the giant dragon lunges downward, hitting the clone with sheer force. As the giant explosion occurs, he covers his eyes and looks at the phenomena. Wih the dust clearing , Carl talks to Dean across the giant crater.

"The first one is used by forming a blade and splitting it into two. An advantage is, it delivers a powerful shock at your opponent, a disadvantage is it needs to be used at close range. For Kirin, you have to fire a fire ball, creating thunderclouds, then use Chidori to tame it. An advantage is, it's almost unavoidable, a disadvantage is, it requires prep time"

Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Note: In the turn before the use of Kirin, the user must have used at least a B-Rank, Long Range Fire (Katon) technique directed at the sky.
Note: User needs to post Chidori, meaning that in the turn Kirin is used, the user spends 2 moves.

"Next on the list, manipulate your Lightning based chakra and form chidori in both your hands. Then, clap your hands together, and unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful Thunderbolt directed at the opponent. Best used when you are higher than the opponent, and leaves a huge crater in it's wake. Powerful, don't use it in short range though >.>. Use it on my clone."

"Basically, form the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals, and create a more powerful version of the Chidori. Yep, the Raikiri, or Lightning Cutter, a more concentrated version of Chidori, and more powerful. Use it on my clone."

As the clone runs towards Carl, he jumps back a far enough distance for it to be called long-range. Afterwards he forms Chidori in both of his hands, clapping them. Knowing he has to be on higher ground, he jumps on a high rock ledge, releasing the concentrated lightning in the form of a powerful thunderbolt that strikes the clone with great accuracy. As the dust clears, it leaves a medium sized crater, although paling infront of the one Kirin made.

Forming the [Ox → Rabbit → Monkey] handseals, Carl grabs his left hand and concentrates his chakra into the palm of it. As he does this, lightning covers the whole thing, similar to Chidori but stronger and more concentrated. Running towards the clone himself, he pierces it in the center of the chest, dispersing it on the spot.

"First technique is used by forming Chidori in both hands, clapping, then releasing it as a thunderbolt. An advantage is the force it uses, while a disadvantage is you'll have to be on higher ground then your opponent. Next, the user performs handseals, then creates a Chidori-like blade, yet it's damage and force remains higher than the later. An advantage is, it's stronger than Chidori, while a disadvantage is it takes alot more out of you, exhausting your reserves much quicker"

Description: The user will cover his hands in with lightning, essentially performing a (Raiton: Chidori) Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds in each hand. Clapping his hands together, the user can unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful Thunderbolt directed at the target. The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.
Note: Only Kakashi biographies can apply the technique to a kunai and use it as a projectile attack.

"Next, form the Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger hand seals, and manipulate your Lightning based chakra, and release it from your body. This is not a usual release of Lightning, but rather in the form of a blinding light. This works by constantly releasing the Lightning from your body, and can also be used as a guise for Genjutsu induction. When timed correctly, it can be quite effective. Use it against my clone in a combo."

"After that, channel a large amount of Lightning chakra into your hand, and cover it with a massive Chidori. Then point your palm forwards and release it towards the opponent in the form of a 120º blast, that spreads outwards and towards the enemy. Use it on my clone."

Forming the [Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger], Carl directs his chakra throughout his body and releases it in the form of blinding light. Blinsing the clone, he takes a kunai from his pouch and dashes forward, impaling him in the stomach. After, he releases the jutsu and turns to the other direction.

Creating another Chidori, but vastly bigger, Carl focuses all his chakra into his left palm while extending it outward. In doing so, he releases a blast that covers two-hundred and eighty degrees of his frontal view, blasting the clone away completely.

"First, by spreading your chakra through your body and releasing it at once, you can create a blinding light. An advantage is it blinds your opponent, a disadvantage is, it could hinder your sight too. Next, by making a massive Chidori and releasing it, you create a blast that can cover a massive range. An advantage is range it covers, while a disadvantage would be the amount of noise it makes, your opponent can easily decipher your intentions.

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.
Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed

"Now, for the last one. First, dash towards your opponent with a Chidori in hand, and then strike the opponent as you usually would. After that, manipulate the Chidori that is active to extend it, which impales and hurdles the opponent into the air. Then, increase the potency of the Lightning in the Chidori to make it explode at the end of the spear in the form of an electrical explosion. This sends the enemy back to the ground. Use it on my clone."

As Carl dashes towards the clone, he forms a Chidori in his left hand, piercing it in the left lung. As he does this, he manipulates it further, extending it while pushing it back, hurling him in the air. At the end of the blade, Carl increases thr potency by forcing more chakra inside it, causing an electrical explosion. As it sends the clone hurling down, he hits the ground extremely hard, dispersing on contact. Carl then turns to Dean.

"By striking the opponent with Chidori, then extending the blade hurling them in the air, the user can cause an electrical exposion at the end of the spear, sending them back. An advantage is one struck, the user can push them back a great distance, the disadvantage is the user has to engage them in CQC, so it's not a clear hit"
