Appears from behind you.

You're late. :|

Since you already had some training I believe you know the utmost basics, so why don't we run quickly through them again. Can you tell me what a ninja is, what chakra, ninjutsu and elements are?

Well senpai, I'm sorry I'm late but I was helping an old lady to carry her luggage U_U

A ninja is someone who uses their full abilities in the service of his/hers beliefs, working to achieve a goal. This goal can be anything from peace to war, money, destruction or even revenge. Most ninjas are fighters and correspond to the bulk of the military force of the five great nations (the Land of Earth, the Land of Lightning, the Land of Water, the Land of Wind and the Land of Fire).

In the Narutovers, chakra is the life essence within the world and living things. It is the energy that is formed through the passive combination of both the Physical and the Spiritual energies in a sentient being. Chakra consists of two components: Yin (spiritual chakra) and Yang (physical chakra) which are balanced between the two. The Yin half of chakra is associated with mental strength and intelligence and genjutsu. Studying, increasing one's knowledge adheres to Yin chakra. Yang chakra more commonly associated with ninjutsu and physical stamina is obtained through physical training to increase endurance and practicing jutsu.

Ninjutsu is the style of fighting used by shinobi. The style entails the training in basics such as stealth, concealing, basic weapon usage, basic trap making, survival tactics and fighting strategics and the fundamentals of Ninjutsu, Genjutsu and Taijutsu. Ninjutsu are done by molding the chakra and using it to produce the desired technique. This is done by two basic principles: Shape Manipulation and Nature Transformation. These correspond to the two broad areas that one needs to change in the chakra to produce a jutsu. Shape manipulation pertains to the ability to give your chakra a desired form while Nature transformation pertains to the ability to give your chakra a desired set of properties. Sometimes, to better mold chakra, ninja use handseals.

There are five known elements: Wind Release (Fuuton), Water Release (Suiton), Lightning Release (Raiton), Fire Release (Katon) and Earth Release (Doton). Each of these releases has a weakness and a strength towards another element:

-Fire Release is weak against Water Release and strong against Wind Release
-Lightning Release is weak against Wind Release but strong against Earth Release
-Earth Release is weak against Lightning Release but strong against Water Release
-Water Release is weak against Earth Release but strong against Fire Release
-Wind Release is weak against Fire Release but strong against Lightning Release

-Wind Release is weak against Fire Release but strong against Lightning Release
Well done, everything mentioned. However, here are the somewhat "official" descriptions of each term which were explained to me by my sensei Scorps.

±± Ninja ±±
A ninja is someone who uses their full abilities in the service of his/hers beliefs, working to achieve a goal. This goal can be anything from peace to war, money, destruction, personal griefs or even revenge and can be shared with others or individual. Most ninjas are fighters and correspond to the bulk of the military force of the great nations. However, a ninja doesn't need to be a fighter. Even medics or a simple carpenter may, in times of need, use his abilities (medical knowledge or abilities in working with wood for example) to accomplish the goals he set to himself, following his beliefs.

±± Chakra ±±
Chakra is the energy that is formed through the passive combination of both the Physical and the Spiritual energies in a sentient being (every living being with a conscious mind has chakra). Physical energy corresponds to the vitality of the body and its own energy. Spiritual energy corresponds to the mind or spirit, and comes from the awareness and "soul" of each sentient being.

Some ninjas have high levels of chakra because they have great physical energy (like the Akimichi or even Tsunade) and others because of their spiritual energy (like the Uchiha and the Yamanaka). However, its much more difficult to increase the spiritual energy than the physical one, thus why all ninjas pass through intensive physical workout.

Yin and Yang are based on this same concept. Yin is the basis of the spirit while Yang the basis of the body. In this i won't go into more dept because there are 2 things to consider: Yin/Yang manipulation in our RP is different from the manga one and both are more or less inacessible.

Chakra flows in a circulatory system inside your body, in a way that much resembles the blood circulation. This circulatory system has 8 small reservoirs that act as both storage but also chakra regulation. These are the eight inner gates. Along your circulatory system, small "portals" exist that enable you to expell chakra from your body. These are called Tenketsu and there are 361 of them scattered allong the body. When a tenketsu opens, chakra poors out of it. Its by molding the chakra that comes out of the tenketsu that you produce ninjutsu and genjutsu.

±± Ninjutsu ±±
Ninjutsu, or Ninja Arts, is the ability to, through the use of chakra, accomplish tasks that would be otherwise impossible to do. Ninjutsu are done by 2 stepts: focusing your chakra and molding your chakra. Focusing is using your will power to "will" a portion of your chakra to do something. On the other hand, molding is giving your chakra a set of characteristics that will enable you to produce the desired end effect.

Think of the chakra flow as our breathing. Normally, it happens passively, without any conscious intervention. However, when you need to you can use your will to control it. Its the same with your chakra flow. Its happens normally without your consicious intervention. However, you can focus your chakra and make it produce something.

Now, molding the chakra is done by two basic principles: Shape Manipulation and Nature Transformation. These correspond to the two broad areas that one needs to change in the chakra to produce a jutsu. Shape manipulation pertains to the ability to give your chakra a desired form while Nature transformation pertains to the ability to give your chakra a desired set of characteristics/properties. Sometimes, to better mold chakra, ninja use Handseals. Handseals are simply hand gestures that allow the ninja to more easily concentrate and mold the chakra into the desired technique.
Regarding elements, I will put a few words on my own. As you already said there are basic 5 elements and they can be arranged into a circle, corresponding to their strengths and weaknesses. Those elements are Water > Fire > Wind > Lightning > Earth. Each of these is a natural occurrence in our world and through intensive studying and practicing we became able to manipulate and even create them. In the manga and anime you see regular ninja with one or two elements as their main traits but for the purpose of our RP, it's allowed to have all five. Each element has it's own characteristics and there are strong facts as to why some elements are stronger/weaker than other.

Lightning is a very violent and sharp element, capable of paralyzing and burning our opponents. It is considered to be the fastest of the basic elements. It's generated by its molecules being forced to move at a great velocity which causes it to be unstable to a degree. Lightning is weak against wind, as I will explain in detail in the wind section, because wind is a natural insulator while it's very strong against earth, being capable of destroying it and crumbling into pieces. It's a very good combination with water because it electrocutes it, while it's neutral to fire because of reasons I explain in further detail.

Earth is a versatile element because we walk on it and it's everywhere around us. Mostly everywhere you walk, you will be able to use earth techniques, which gives a great advantage against water users when battling without nearby water sources. It is a solid element with great crushing and piercing characteristics. It has a tremendous amount of applications thus why it has the most techniques. It's projectiles possess a great force because of their mass and it's proportional to the increase of acceleration. It's simple logic. The faster you throw a rock the more it will hurt, lol. Earths' main weakness is lightning as mentioned above, while it's strong against water because it can split water waves, redirect them, push them back, etc. Mass is the key. It's a great combination with fire because, as mentioned, it turns it into lava or in case you have mud, it hardens it. And as I already said, it has it's unique applications in conjunction with wind.

Water is a liquid element and can be found anywhere in our world. I won't go into specific numbers but you're aware that a lot of stuff is made of water or has water in it. This makes it a very versatile element, the second most versatile actually. Water is strong against fire because of its extinguishing power, but it's weak against earth because it can't break it down and it only makes it wet. Note however that in some cases water turns earth to mud which can be useful but also a double egde. Regarding the other two elements, water is very good in combination with both. Lightning electrocutes the water while wind gives it more force and makes it generally stronger.

Fire is a dangerous element, capable of burning stuff in the matter of seconds. It's a very violent element because of its destructive power. It's main trait is heat, which is the cause to melting and incineration. It's important for you to notice that fire requires oxygen to burn. Since oxygen is a part of the air we breathe, no air would mean no oxygen. The counterpart would be more air resulting in more oxygen and a stronger fire. However, there are a few scenarios for this and I believe your teacher will explain these to you in your training. It's weak to water because it's easily extinguished but it's strong against wind because it "eats" the air and the oxygen. It's neutral against lightning and since none are solids they pass through each other. Fire with earth is a good combination because it can harden mud or turn regular earth into lava.

Now to the element of choice for this training session. Wind is the most versatile element in our universe because it's everywhere around us. Again, air is not a solid but using our chakra we can condense it into sharp projectiles, blades and such. One of its components is oxygen which makes the fire burn. The interesting thing here is the amount of wind (air) you put up to the fire. With a small amount you make the fire burn stronger and spread faster while with a huge amount of air you will put the fire out. Because it contains oxygen it is, unfortunately, weak to fire while being a natural insulator it's strong against lightning, capable of dispersing it and preventing its spreading. As mentioned it's a good combination with water because, for example, it gives a water projectile more thrust power and it speeds it up. This is also applicable to various ninja tools, so keep that in mind. Regarding earth, they're neutral but there can be some interesting usages. For example, picking up dust from the ground, small rocks or even making giants patches of earth float above the ground, and such.

Any questions?

Great reading material with a lot detail, I like that! I have no questions.
Good. Now, what can you tell me about the wind element chakra-wise? How would you theoretically use your regular chakra in order to create wind chakra? I suggest you sit down, relax and focus on your breathing. Try to imagine the chakra flowing and the processes it goes through in order to "transform". Describe everything you feel.

*I sit comfortably on the ground and I start to meditate. I close my eyes, then I clear my mind and I start thinking about Wind.*
I start feeling the pleasant breeze and the sound made by it, I also feel the wind on my skin. It's such a amazing feeling that makes you feel cold, but at the same time satisfied. As the wind flows against my exterior body I begin to feel my flow of chakra recognizing the relation of the flow of my chakra to the flow of wind and my subconscious begins to affiliate the sensation my chakra flow with the sensation of the wind. I then concern myself only with the relation between the wind's natural flows and my own chakra. I start feeling my chakra going crazy from founding it's twin nature. I feel the chakra spreading through my entire body. It spreads in all directions of my body, being small, but fast and sharp in large quantities.
*I then open my eyes and feel a small expanding from my body.*

Excellent. Remember: fast and sharp. Without those properties you won't be able to perform the techniques. Now, this is a chakra paper. I show it and hand it to you. I'm sure you already know what it does. It reacts to elemental natures. It works so that you place it on your palm and cover it with the palm of the other hand. While you're still sitting, try it once more time but slowly channel the chakra towards your hands and try to expel it through the chakra points in your palms. If you succeed the paper should be split in two.

*First I grab the chakra paper with my right hand and place it between my palms.* Then I begin to gather wind-infused chakra into the palms where I held the chakra paper and I begin to think of Wind as a pleasant breeze, which calms the mind. I feel the cool wind and it's presence around the environment. Then I begin to channel that chakra into my hand. With that thinking I concentrate even more chakra into my palms. Slowly my regular chakra started to mold into wind chakra and and I directed the flow of that chakra into the chakra paper, picturing the image of it being cut in half. I'm careful to balance the chakra just enough that it won't shatter the chakra paper and not so little so that it can't cut all the way through. As the chakra flows towards the paper, it splits in two.

Excellent. Now that you're able to manipulate wind chakra we can move onto the techniques where we will use shape manipulation. Now, just before we start with the techniques, there's one more important thing I'd like to point out. Each element has something called categories in which jutsus can be divided. They can be projectiles, balls, currents, waves, etc. Without further ado, I'd like to copy the content from the Method Training Guide made by Reborn because it's an amazing guide that will help us get through this training.

The techniques for wind have not yet been defined and grouped but I'm sure they'll be once I return and we start with the training. :)

Element Explanation
Wind Release is the element that allows us to create and manipulate wind. When you think of wind you think of something that is fast, free flowing, unpredictable, and strong. In the Narutoverse and in our RP, wind release has a variety of different properties which makes it versatile in its own right. For one, we have the ability to create long and short powerful gusts of flowing wind. Mainly these techniques that are designed to provide resistance against oncoming attacks, reversing the trajectory of weaponry, etc. We can also create short concentrated/compressed bursts of wind that give a pseudo solid form which can be used for blunt force or strong impacts. These would mainly be offensive in nature. There is also vacuum or suction power that can be generated, drawing objects in for close combat or sucking away the oxygen for suffocation. However, one of the more prominent abilities of wind release that we’ve come to know from the Narutoverse is the powerful cutting power that it possesses. Mainly from characters like Naruto, Asuma, and Sora, the wind nature has been shown to be able to slice and cut through things like butter. Wind is the movement of many gases in the air, though we’ve been shown to manipulate just the air itself and call it wind release by comparison due to the relationship.

Method System
Method 1: Tangible Blasts
Method 2: Slicing Gusts
Method 3: Vortexes
Method 4: Specifics (Rasengan/Grappling)

Method 1: Tangible Blasts

Alright, for the most part, the techniques within this method consist of large and powerful gusts that you exhale from your mouth or release from another point of the body or simply out of thin air. These gusts contain a few essential properties. These wind techniques can either be long lasting, forceful gusts that have the ability to blow back various items and people/animals of various sizes. These powerful gusts apply a strong pressure in whatever direction release and, therefore any object that comes into contact will be forced back into the direction essentially. If in direct opposition (where one is coming in the direct opposite direction of the wind) or cornered against a wall or obstruction that prevents the flow, the pressure from the wind can have tremendous affects. The second type of skill these techniques may possess are blunt force; wind that is so compressed and refined that once it makes impact with the target it creates a blunt force, almost as if it was hit with a solid object. So techniques that create compact spheres will make impact in similar a way to a bullet or if the wind is spread out a little more like a wall, it could create the sensation of a solid wall impacting, etc. On that note there are distinct ways to casting the two different types of techniques in this section.

1) For Gusts: You'll gather your fuuton chakra through your body to the point of release and then you will release a steady, fast, and powerful gust of wind. You're gathering a fixed amount of chakra and then you're steadily releasing that chakra in the form of wind. You'll need to make sure it's fast and wide as the speed will give more momentum and force behind the technique.

2) For Blunt blasts: Think of projectiles. You'll gather a fixed amount of chakra like you would for any technique and then you would use shape manipulation to compact the wind into a compressed form like a ball, or whatever the technique entails. You'll then release the technique towards your opponent. The wind will be fast so it'll make impact quickly and once it does, it'll make a blunt impact almost like a solid.

Advantages to Method

To one extent, the long gusts, these technique aren’t necessarily the longest in range but many of them are definitely wide and the width of the technique is very crucial. These techniques essentially make it difficult to avoid when one is within length range of the techniques. These techniques can drag out and if not immediately defended, there is enough pressure to prevent your opponent reacting in the way they would want.

In reference to the blunt force blasts, these are where the real damaging factors of this method come in. These techniques are compressed and powerful and they almost simulate an actual solid object making impact. Small and medium sized weaponry or objects can be deflected, potential bone breaking/crushing can occur if hit with a considerably powerful technique. Disorientation, hesitation/inability to quickly rebound from a powerful strike, etc. Earth based techniques can be combatted with techniques like these.

Disadvantages to Method

As stated before, wind is a flowing entity and, even though it can produce powerful techniques, it is a yielding element in some degrees like water. What I mean by this is, for gusts especially, if a solid enough entity is used to defend, the wind cannot force its way through but it will go around. Earth based techniques are especially preferred when blocking wide gusts. The wind will simply move around the solid entity when it realizes it cannot force its way through. Unlike earth or other solid entities, when opposed, wind does not simply drop it diverts the energy around and continues to flow. As well that energy used to find an alternative route is energy lost by the overall technique.

For blunt force blasts, there is a completely different issue. Though fast as all wind techniques, these technique encompass a vastly diminished range with wise than with the gust based techniques of this method. This provides more room for opponents to avoid such techniques without necessarily needing a wide defense/counter. As well, the construction for techniques like this is to compress the wind in order to have it flow in a much tighter and compact space. Since this is indeed, not a solid entity, the wind will most likely disperse upon immediate impact. These are short lived techniques and generally shorter in range. Though these sudden dispersions can be explosive and cause damage, they still encompass a significantly smaller space.
_______________________________
Method 2: Slicing Gusts

Think of the tangible blasts from the first method of this element. Drawing from both the powerful gusts and the blunt force technique, in this method we get into adding the cutting property of Wind Release into the fray. Where in the last method, the primary objective was to provide powerful pressure to create resistance or a short solid impact, this method encompasses those properties, but adds emphasis on blade like properties. As explained in the series, the user of wind release manages to add these sharp properties by thinly rubbing their chakras against one another to fine tune the wind like a blade. Techniques in this method have the ability to slice through flesh and bone, trees, and still give the pressure and resistance as a normal gust would.

Advantages to Method

The most basic advantage is that you still maintain everything you get in the first method such as the powerful resistivity, as well as gaining an additional property. Again, these types of techniques are wider and even if they don’t range out much in length, they can encompass a wide range of targets within the limited range they’re in. As well, with the ability to shred through objects and even flesh, this gives one more of an advantage against solid obstructions, being able to cut through more and weakening them.

As well you have the blunt gusts of wind that act more so like blades, creating cleaner and sharper cuts. Since they’re more concentrated and condensed they essentially create a pseudo-blade.

Disadvantages to Method

These techniques possess the same disadvantages as the tangible gusts do. The yielding nature of wind, though the added cutting power does give assistance it is not the ultimate solution to solid entities, especially earth based solid advanced elements like steel. As well, where there are more than one overarching ability with these techniques there has to be compensation in power somewhere. What I mean is, the power of these techniques is split between the resistive power and the cutting force. When power is divided amongst both of these areas and there is no primary center of focus you may not get as potent a techniques as you want.

For the concentrated attacks, again you suffer from the same disadvantages in the first method, you lack the necessary range of width that you’d get from a general gust. Even if the slicing power is much more potent and concentrated, your narrowed technique makes it easier for your opponent to block or avoid it.
____________________________________
Method 3: Vortexes

Think of tornados or cyclones. In this method the factors of rotation come into the mix. This method focuses on generating powerful gusts or entities of wind through rotation. The rotation adds a couple of useful qualities to the techniques such as their ability to pull objects or opponents with superior suction force, fine tuning sharpness by having the technique form at a central point almost like a drill, or just simply raw destructive power that can uproot and shred. Whatever type jutsu, the key concept of focus and manipulation of wind to cause rotation. The rotation gives more momentum which generates more power.

Advantages of Method

As stated before, the addition of rotation generates more momentum, thereby generating more power. In situations where the rotation of the technique is centered around a specific point or center, the focus the rotation creates a sharper entity like a drill. Techniques of this magnitude generally possess the most power because instead of being wild and uncontrolled, there is a central theme, the wind is drawn in and rotates to some degree which gives more potency in any sort of wind technique whether it be a large gust, brute force, or cutting/shredding power.

Disadvantages of Method
TBA
_____________________________________
Method 4: Specifics

As the name suggests, these are specific techniques that aren’t classified or outside the any of these three existing methods. What they encompass are properties all their own, alternative forms of wind release. These techniques may have some degree of similarities to other methods but overall, they are unique.

Advantages of Method

Advantages are all dependent on the specific technique

Disadvantages of Method

Disadvantages are all dependent on the specific technique.

Welcome back senpai!

For Gusts:

I first start by gathering my fuuton chakra through my body to the point of release and then I release a steady, fast and very powerful gust of wind. Afterwards, I'm gathering a fixed amount of chakra and then I'm steadily releasing that chakra in the form of wind. I also make sure it's fast and wide as the speed will give more momentum and force behind the technique.

For Blunt blasts:

*I'm relaxing my mind and I start thinking of projectiles.* I start by gathering a fixed amount of chakra and then I use shape manipulation to compact the wind into a compressed form like a ball. I then release the technique, the wind is fast and sharp so it makes impact quickly and once it does, it makes a blunt impact almost like a solid.

Good, now can you tell me some main strengths and weaknesses of these two types. They're similar but still different. I guess the advantages and disadvantages from above can help you, but not everything I'm looking for is in there. Use your brains. ;)

This provides more room for opponents to avoid such techniques without necessarily needing a wide defense. Besides, the construction for techniques like this is to compress the wind in order to have it flow in a much tighter and compact space. Since this is indeed, not a solid entity, the wind will most likely disperse upon immediate impact and these techniques are mostly short lived techniques and generally shorter in range.

"I think, that I've managed to mention all advantages and disadvantages senpai."- with a smile on my face I say: "I remembered that I wanted to ask you something." I have one question, senpai. Of the two variations, which one, in your experience, is the most effective in combat, and I mean by that, which of the two is the most powerful one?

*I calm my mind and I start thinking* When I'm done thinking, I look you in the eyes and I say "I think I got it senpai" :

Well for Gusts, I would say, that these technique aren't necessarily the longest in range but many of them are definitely wide and the width of the technique is very crucial and they are difficult to avoid when one is within length range of the techniques. Also, these techniques can drag out and if not immediately defended, there is enough pressure to prevent your opponent reacting in the way they would want. One should bear in mind, that there are not only advantages for Gusts. There are also some disadvantages, for example: even though wind can produce powerful techniques, it is a yielding element. What I mean by this is, if a solid enough entity is used to defend, the wind cannot force its way through but it will go around. Earth based techniques are especially preferred when blocking wide gusts. The wind will simply move around the solid entity when it realizes it cannot force its way through.

Now for Blunt blasts it's slightly different. One of the big advantages is that, these techniques are compressed and powerful and they almost simulate an actual solid object making impact. Small and medium sized weaponry or objects can be deflected, potential bone breaking/crushing can occur if hit with a considerably powerful technique. Likewise, Earth based techniques can be combated with techniques like these. All you needed to do was think outside of the box. The box being the wind element and outside of the box being fire. Yeah, wind is weak to fire, we already covered that. But why am I returning to the same thing again? This is why.

火 Katon: Tanshin No Atsui Hai | Fire Release: The Lonesome Ember
Type: Offensive/Supplementary/Defensive
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A (20 if clothes ignite, +20 when used with a Fuuton Jutsu)
Description:
User does 2 hand seals (Ram+Tiger) and focuses his fire chakra into a specific spot on the enemies clothes igniting them in a small cinder that creates smoke. This produces a small cinder spot that erupts in small flames. Its main purpose is to distract and confuse the enemy. However, if the enemy fails to put out the ignited spot it will eventually start to consume the clothes and create small open flames that will slightly burn him. This technique can also be used on paper or other easily flammable materials or to ignite a Fuuton jutsu.

Note: The ignited spot can easily be put out by taping it with an open palm or with a little water.
Note2: Enemy has to put out the ignited spot in the turn its used or in the next turn it will ignite the rest of his clothes.
Note3: Can't ignite flesh or wet materials.
Note4: The speed of ignition is slow except on paper or other more flammable materials.
Note5: Usable 5 times.
Note6: The ignition spot has to be within the users visual field.
Note7: Can only be taught by Scorps.

As you can see, this custom jutsu allows me to ignite with my sight. What that means is that all of those gusts and blunts you perform close to you will be incinerated as soon as you perform them. That is their biggest problem. If you were to perform a wind gust that appears behind me, there would be no danger for you. Remember, these are very dangerous and can be used against you.

(Fūton: Fūsajin no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Dust Wind Technique
Type: Defence
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user creates a gust of wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. Doing so also acts as a sandblaster on the surrounding area. This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes

Even though it mentions trees, they don't have to be there. You can use this jutsu, but that part of description is just because it was used and seen working in a forest. It's a great decoy technique and you can use it to take advantage of your opponent by blowing the sand into his eyes.

(Fūton: Kaze Ogawa no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Wind Stream Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: N/A
Description: This technique allows the user to change direction in mid-air at high speeds by simply blowing wind out their mouth. The user can also use this technique by blowing it at the ground and causing a dust cloud to rise, concealing the users location and movement.

Very useful technique. When facing something people don't know how to defend against, they almost always blow out wind or shot a gust to take them away from the reach of the technique. If they do so and you keep pressuring them, this is the technique you'll see second. It's good for maneuvering through the air but you can't go far with it.

(Fūton: Reppūshō) - Wind Release: Gale Palm
Rank: C
Type:Attack/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

Excellent technique. Trust me. You throw some weapons and you clap your hands creating a gust of wind that carries the weapons faster, increasing their speed and deadliness.

(Fūton: Gōkūhō) - Wind Release: Great Vacuum Cannon
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:30
Description: The users gathers his Fuuton chakra into the lungs to blow out a sphere of air at his target that can blow backwards the opponent and small objects around him.

Good defense technique even though it says it's for attacking. You can use it to blow away objects. You just disarmed your opponent and his weapon fell a few meters away. You can blow it even further and finish your opponent. Just an example. I'm sure you'll come up with better examples.

(Fūton: Mugen Sajin Daitoppa) - Wind Style: Infinte Sand Great Break Through
Rank: B
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:20
Damage Points:40
Description: Originally Gaara's technique, for other characters the user will have to gather the dust or sand of the environment around him and then combine it with his elemental wind affinity. A large wind gust with dust or sand will get created capable to push away the opponent or medium sized objects.

Again, as we've talked about earlier. Repetitive techniques with similar usages. However, this one is stronger so it's still good to have something like this for various situations.

(Fūton: Shinkūgyoku) – Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short- Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Rabbit → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and exhales several small blasts of wind chakra.in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage. Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function.

This technique is good because you can aim and shoot, making it a wide technique. Also the "several" blasts gives you some room for adjusting to the situation. However, each blast is just a part of the original A rank technique, because they split evenly.

(Fūton: Fūjin no Jutsu) - Wind Release Dust Cloud Technique
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: After performing the Bird hand seal the user creates a stream of high velocity wind combined with scouring dust. The completed technique is directed through overlapping hands.

Do I even need to explain this one? 3rd time the same jutsu. The difference is that you release this one through your hands after performing the handseal.

(Fūton: Shinkū Taigyoku) – Wind Release: Vacuum Great Sphere
Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: After performing two hand seals Tiger → Dog the user launches a stronger version of the Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere technique, where the user instead chooses to compress the entirety of the previously inhaled breath into a single large, crushing sphere of wind chakra that they then proceed to expel from their mouth.

Danzo's signature technique. Key to this one is compression. Although not nearly compressed as a rasengan, this technique is powerful and serves its purpose very well.

These are method one techniques. I've explained each of them. Now try to make two combos using two techniques from the above. Then explain why you think each of those would work and what are their potential disadvantages.

Oh and, do you think you can find pictures for the jutsus? :)

After your orders are given, I immediately make the bird seal and I begin to inhale through my nose. I breath in from my diaphragm, feeling the wind chakra deep inside my body. I feel the flow channeling from my diaphragm into my lungs and I exhale through my mouth. The air coming out of my mouth, fused with my chakra creates a gust of wind, gathering the dust from the ground and creating a large gust of dusty wind, which disperses into the air. The dust rises between the two of us, clouding your sight of me.

I realize that your sigh of me is unclear. Next I throw some kunais in the air and I clap my hands together and instead of focusing on inhaling and exhaling I focus my chakra outside of my body and utilize my wind chakra to create a wind current, I then compress the air around me and my chakra into a rather confined area and I create a gust of wind that carries the weapons faster and also increasing their speed and deadliness.

(Fūton: Fūsajin no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Dust Wind Technique

Advantages:

The dust this jutsu could pick up from preforming this jutsu could also cloud the sight of your opponent, giving you the opportunity to get out of sight and used ambush based attacks or escape from a situation. Also the diversion it could play for the moment, blinding your opponent could give you the possibility to go ahead to follow through with another jutsu that they wouldn't expect, for example what I just did.

Disadvantages:

Considering the territory, if in a territory where there is a lot of dust. When this jutsu is performed, just as you could use it as cover for another attack or an escape, your opponent could use it in the same way. The dust being between the two of you could block your sight of your opponent, which is always a flaw that could be used against you. Also, since this is a relative lower level jutsu, any fire technique would be able to make it's way through the winds and that would be an easy counter for this jutsu as well.

(Fūton: Reppūshō) - Wind Release: Gale Palm

Advantages:

Although it's not the primary use for such a technique, it could still be useful being able to knock down a human easily. Also, to me, this technique seems to be like it was specifically made to enhance the speed and penetrating power of the projectiles.

Disadvantages:

Knocking somebody down doesn't seem like it's too much of an trait. Also, the air in the jutsu is compressed, meaning it's confined to one primary refined direction and size, which would be for the enhancement of the kunai, shuriken or other projectile.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

I start by performing the necessary hand seals: Rat → Rabbit → Dog, I take a deep breath and at the same time, I start collecting my wind chakra in my stomach. When I have the chakra ready, I quickly start transporting the chakra towards my gullet and beyond. I then exhales several small blasts of wind chakra. In such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage.

I then perform two hand seals Tiger → Dog, I inhale a large amount of air while also blending my wind chakra with it. As I then prepare to release the jutsu I make sure to compress it while it's still in my mouth. Compressing it into a single large, crushing sphere of wind. I then launch a stronger version of the Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere technique and I then proceed by expelling it from my mouth.

-I'm really sorry senpai, I can't think of an disadvantage for this technique.- The only thing that I just realized is that, the opponent can see through the jutsu and know where you're standing, but I'm not sure about that.
