Focus lightning to ur hand make it spin then whip it out like a whip at the dummy use accuracy to make sure u cut the neck clean off

Not a string its wider that that focus more lightning into it and make it bold like a bunch of ropes tied together its not to huge its like a mini tornado.

Now its a constant stream of lightning that you can control now manipulate the tip into a hound shape so that it can attack any way possible.
