Using lightning chakra to get up there? Um time out Sensei. How am I suppose to get up there using lightning chakra, I can't teleport or do you want me to use lightning to strike it down to where its short enough then jump on it?

Uhhhh I expected that

*Applies lightning chakra towards feet giving off a bit of static and after a while of gathering lightning, I release them all at once sending flying upwards and barely grabbing the top of the pillar*

Nicely done now for your first jutsu its pretty similar just focus the same chakra and make a static bolt easy.
