Just want to know. Did I learn Flame rasengan or not? Or will I get the result after the real duel with more fire-based tech's O.O?

As you summon 3 clones I do the same and summon Q1, Q2, Q3.

While doing so I let Q3 run to mid range where he throws two kunais (one who deflect the O3 one and one that goes for O3 at same time the clone use a lighter in front of her and activate it's flame to make a protecting wall!

As your clones are defeated I let Q1 run for the real you meanwhile I jump back and let Q3 take out the Fire Style: Blaze Ball with 3 Flame Flower's where two missdirect your Blaze ball and one goes for you.

After Q3 jump up from the fissure and start to run toward you my Q1 (which has reached mid range) she throws 4 kunais attached to strings and use Fire Style: Dragon Flame Jutsu as the kunais with strings surround you and hit a couple of bushes, trees etc and makes you stuck next to a huge rock.

Btw, I'm not sure I understand your move completely. Neither I know the utility of the last jutsu...
No, he did block. The Orbs he sent would detonate the meteor jutsu, and make both explode halfway.

You released 4 shots: 2 against both kunais, and I assume they explode upon contact, and thus affect nothing other than that, 1 to O1 (which, in my opinion, connects, as he didn't block it) and a second to O2. Like I said before, that shot would collide with the Meteor Jutsu and they'd vanish together. So currently Oraan has O3 and O2 Long Range from you and himself, even further away, while you have two cloes with yourself, Long Range from Oraan's clones.
Your Q1 misses the attack, because Oraan's Long range, while the jutsu is only mid range max.
I liked how you countered Oraan's lava Jutsu.
Now I'm waiting to see what will you do with the strings and the Dragon Flame.
So Basically:
Kisame is Long range from O2 and O3.
Q1 is Mid-range from Oraan, and thus near O2 and O3.
Q3 is running towards Oraan and thus is mid-range from O2 and O3.
Oraan is surrounded by 4 burning strings, that were thrown by Q3. Proceed then.
Ps: Kisame, yes, you can use the Fire Rasengan.
Pps: None of you has reached the required level of skill to master Fire. All of you need to make more creative combos, and use more elements/jutsus to enhance the Fire. If you decide to continue the fight, I'll keep grading it, but my suggestion is to spend some time fighting and reading other battles, in order to enhance your fire trainning, and then come to me for Fire Mastery.
