Alright like for the previous one, you form the handseals, and then focus your lightning chakra. But instead of making it go all around your body, you make it form a lightning shiel that will explode whenever someone strikes it. You can move it around as you wish to block one attack from either in front, the left or the right. You can also move it to your back, but you will have to turn around and make it move using your chakra for it to do so. Try it out.
~after hearing that,I change the focus of lightning chakra from my whole body to my facing.Now the shield leaves my body and appears at my facing and it looks more concentrated too.I tried controlling it and move it around,my left and my right.Then I turned around slowly and the shield follows at my facing."sensei,it is so cool.I feel like I am really holding a shield,but only lighter and I don't need to use my hands."Where shall I aim it at?"

eh i forgot to say that the sheild appears in front of you once you create it, but it seems you figured that out lol kk...we'll test it with a clone of mine about to come at you using taijutsu. u will use the shield to protect yourself, and in turn, dissipate my clone once he strikes your shield, making the shield explode, and her dissipate.

Remember when Kakashi trained Team 7 for the first time in the Haku/Zabuza arc? He taught them how to control their chakra better by making them climb up a tree without using their hands, only their feet by focusing chakra into them. You will now do the same. Focusing your chakra into your legs, you are to climb up to the top of the tree. You will not use your hands, but you will only use your hands to mark how high you got on that attempt with a kunai. Too much or too little chakra, and you'll fall down to the ground, and if too much, you'll probably damage the tree a bit. Like for meditation, you will wait for me to reply, and not double post/spam. Got it? Good. Now go.

Yes sensei.I get them all well.Getting right on it.
I first focus my chakra only on my feet.I feel I have more gravity on my feet now.I start running up the tree.I get to some distance,but I fell.
"hmm,I think I put very little chakra."I mark the distance with the kuni in hand just b4 I was about to fall.Another try,still not much difference.Again,this time,I put a little more chakra in my feet.The marks are getting higher and higher.But I am not sure how much feet I have gotten up the tree~
I will let sensei determine how high I did.

The first time you got up 2 feet, the second you got 4, and it seems that your stuck at about 6-7 on those last few attempts. Remember not to force your chakra to do what you want it to do, but instead let it flow. Keep trying.

~Thinks:hmm,this is hard.controlling the chakra in the hands is easy.But only at the foot is a bit different.well no use thinking.guess I should experience it in different ways:
Starts to let the chakra flow into my feet,closes my eyes.My body feels lighter."hmm,this one might be different."
I start to walk up the tree.I don't run this time.Cool,I don't fall now.I slowly keep walking up the tree.But at some height,I got all excited and fall down.Even forgot to mark."Ouch..."
I try again.Slowly walking up the tree letting the chakra flows in my feet calmly~

I keep trying.I look at my foot.o they look cute.I never noticed I have such cute legs.
