Alright for this one you form the handseals, then focus your lightning chakra into your hands, and then make a wave of electricity flow from them. Depending on the amount of physical effort and chakra you put into it, its power can vary from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock.
Now, to test it you shall be capturing my clones with that wave of electricity you create. *makes 2 clones. One stands still and the other runs at top speeds* You will first make the standing still clone dissapate with the wave, and then try to capture and dissipate the moving clone with the wave of electricity. Try it out.

After the handseals,I focus my lightning chakra into my hands and released it.a lightning surge runs along the ground and hits the standing clone goes poof.
I release another one at the running clone,but it misses.How do I hit a moving target with this sensei?

You make it move by moving your hands and yourself around, and then you can make it longer by putting more chakra into it. Watch where the clone moves, and then when the time is right, attack it!

Again I made handseals and focus my chakra into my hands.This time about four feet long electric wave comes out from my hand.
I charged towards the running clone and slash it with this.

I have been wondering sensei.All the jutsu I have learned so far need handseals,though some of them are not described 'hand seals part".So I want your confirmation because I am making notes to all the jutsus I have learned so far like this

Eh, well hehe, funny story bout that, some dont require handseals, and some do. They just don't say so in the description. For the ones I know need handseals, I make my students practice the handseals, for the ones that don't, I don't. But that is only a limited range of jutsu, so all other jutsu I just make them practice handseals for them just in case that jutsu does indeed require them. If not, then well, heh, it was a good time to practice handseal making speed lol.

Your job is to use the lightning armor you created to make her dissipate by shocking her using the electricity around you instead of you getting hit with the taijutsu. Try it out.
