Totsuka would have sealed the juubi

Exactly the reason he's not here anymore. If i made a character with the means to one-shot a final villain, i'd also kill him off before the major fights (not really). Lel, poor Shisui... Kaguya could be doing lap-dances for Naruto, Sasuke and Kakashi right now if he was still alive.

I would too, as well as Juubito and Madara. XD The chances of that are slim to non though, and I doubt Itachi would give him weapons to essentially make him "unstoppable", if there was a possibility that he would turn on everyone.
