Plus Hiruzen beat 2 edo's that were half powered. Not to mention that Oro's Edo tensei wasn't on par with Kabuto's who perfected it.

Naruto should probably be at the top of that list.
His tailed beast Rasengan bomb thing is probably the most powerful move out of anyone's arsenal on that list.
After what he's done in the war so far, I don't think there is a single shinobi in the world, good or evil who won't praise him.
And as for defeating powerful opponents,

Oro was toying wit hurizen ... Clearly seen when he brought back his teachers just to fight him.... If he really wanted to he could've attacked while the 1st and second were attacking and overwhelmed hurizen thus killing him .... Or better yet oro could've pulled a gin ichimaru and just made the sword of kansanji extend and stab him in heart while he was fighting hokage bros
