I've probably forgotten someone, but I reckon that that's not too bad.

The reason Orochimaru doesn't appear on there is the fact that I think that he (and Kabuto) are only OP when they have loads of prep time. In a spontaneous battle, they can't use Edo Tensei (no sacrifices to use).

this might be just me, but I would take out kabuto. his power was short lived, orochimaru took back his chakra so I doubt he can use edos to the same capacity, his skills and power probably had a huge drop off, and his body might be unable to go into dragon sage mode anymore..those are just guesses but I really think he got a hell of a lot weaker.
