jiraya is strong but if darui manage to fight against the gold and silver brother and win i think we know who is stronger... as for nagato im sorry i forgot about him he suppose to be number 6 and itachi 7

Darui had a lot of help against the jin & kin bros, its like putting the jin & kin bros above tobirama because they managed to kill him, but they had help from 20 bounty hunters too.

Although to an entirely canonical perspective this list could be perceived as being both inaccurate and false, due to statements praising Nagato as the strongest Akatsuki and one of the strongest edo's, when weaker members; Itachi, Kisame have been listed and Nagato is absent.

Also your list doesn't include Nagato or Kabuto who could both solo 5 Daruis at once......

Top 20 Shinobis of ALL TIME
Before you start complaining and dissing me, this is my first time doing this, so tell me how I'm doing. Agree or disagree, I don't care, but give me REASONS to support your opinion. Think before you type your comment.....
[EDIT] Obito is #13, Tobi is #7
1. Rikodou Sannin (Rinnegan + 10 Tails, any more questions?)
2. Hashirama Senju (Mokuten + Tailed beasts + defeated Madara with his EMS and the Kyuubi, I mean that was Madara's PRIME)
3. Uchiha Madara (EMS and every Sharingan move + Tailed beasts + 100 years of experience!!!)
4. Pain (Rinnegan and face it if he wanted Naruto dead the Manga would not have been called Naruto)
5. Naruto Uzumaki (Beyond doubt SM & Kyuubi makes him powerful but the will to never give up is his key)
6. Yondaime Hokage (He was a genius among genius and even the Sharingan would not have kept up against that moves of his)
7. Sasuke Uchiha (Stood alone or almost alone against all the Kages and was up to them, defeated Danzou and Killer Bee)
8. Jiraya (The pervy toad in hermit mode was a match for any one here)
9. Third Hokage (Old man still has it in him)
10. Itachi Uchiha (Still think he was too young to die but his powers were all top noch... Sasuke has surpassed him though)
11. Danzou (Izanagi was and is probably the most amazing of all the normal Sharingan moves)
12. Kakashi Hatake (Still think he is the coolest there is)
13. Orochimaru (below the Sharingan users but still a great Shinobi although not a good one, still he is not good enough to beat Jiraya in hermit Mode)
14. Raikage (One on one he would lose to Sasuke but I guess he can take on any other anytime)
15. Mizukage (Cute but deadly with two different blood limits)
16. Tsuchikage (Still has an unbelievable array of moves and great experience)
17. Tsunade (still in with a chance with her amazing abilities to heal and her strength)
18. Gaara (Still has it without Shikaku although much lower now without the tailed beast chakra)
19. Kisame with Samehada (he was a beast really, the abilities were amazing, Samehada is a great weapon)
20. Killer Bee (so low because of his low IQ and no other reason, idiots are after all idiots)
