I dont know why people use enma so much. Enma best feature is stick form, while it is nearly indestructible and can push kurama away it actually cannot do a shit on its own. That stick needs a user just any other tool

ma and pa shit on enma from great height, they're way more versatile and both of them have their own jutsu, and can use sage mode, pa was strong enough to throw gamabunta so hard pein couldn't even figure out what happened to his animal path despite their shared vision, ma and pa honestly beat out all other summons shown barring Bijuu, even then they still have their versatility.

None of the other summons mentioned hold a candle to those two.

How would katsuyu defeat manda? Manda can just roll over all those little slugs and win.

Its not fair to judge katsuyu by fighting skills, its not a fighter type, nonetheless other feats and abilities earn katsuyu a high spot.

Technically even madara is a summon, any freaking one can be summoned (contract implied) even goddamn tools.
We all know bijus are the strongest.

So empty gedo then cerberus.
No other summon can beat cerberus except gedo and bijus, not contestable.
