ma and pa shit on enma from great height, they're way more versatile and both of them have their own jutsu, and can use sage mode, pa was strong enough to throw gamabunta so hard pein couldn't even figure out what happened to his animal path despite their shared vision, ma and pa honestly beat out all other summons shown barring Bijuu, even then they still have their versatility.

None of the other summons mentioned hold a candle to those two.

OT: Katsuyu is not the only giant summon. There is the Mountain Toad. Remember the one Jiraiya summoned to fight Hitachi and Kisame? It was so big that he could only summon a portion of its stomach and it took Amateratsu to pierce it. I don't think Katsuyu's acid or her size would be of help here
