and you clearly don't understand , he could beat someone but still be less skilled than him, all these three were beaten just because of regular MS or sharingan techs

1 Itachi (unlocked his Sharingan at a very young age was anbu captain pwned a lot of strong shinobis)
2 Nagato (no explanation needed)
3 Kabuto (the only character who was able to put up a good fight against Itachi and wasn't one-panel-trolled like everyone else)
4 Hiruzen (the only character with 5 5 5 and the only hokage who's not a senju or a relative of the main char)
5 Minato (one of the fastest people in NV has FTG, RDS, invented rasengan one of the best offensive techs sealed the Kyuubi)

Agreed. WITHOUT SKILLS one cn never master sage nd so many other Tec. Naruto is.also very skilled when it comes to using kage bunshin nd his improvement lvl.

Your reasoning is flawed.

Orochimaru had the kind of talent that appeared once every few decades. Minato had the kind of talent that appeared once a decade.

Talent occurring every few decades > talent occurring once a decade.

Furthermore, Orochimaru was the first pick to be the fourth hokage purely because of his talent, but he was denied the opportunity because of his shady ambition.

Minato was then chosen to become hokage afterwards. Both Minato and Itachi say Kushina was the one that made him into a hokage.
