Again, you're wrong. Itachi and Tobi aren't in my top 5 favorites. 3 out of the 5 are in my top 5 favorites because I greatly like the character of those 3. I like how they were written the most. Of course they'd be in my favorites.

No, you're not getting it. I'm not sure you understand the concept. Yes, 3 of my favorites are in the OP. Why? Because I like them. Unlike certain people, I don't base my favorites on who swings the biggest stick, I base them on how interestign they are to me.
That being said, my favorite characters, in order, are Orochimaru, Kabuto, Danzo, Deidara, and Sasori.
And about Danzo, in his amount of screen time Kishi managed to make a very compelling and deep character. A character that can't simply be called good or evil. Screen time, in this case, does not matter.

you titled the thread " top 5 greatest" [misleading #1]

then you place in the op, "Best written" [ misleading #2]

based on that your list wouldnt be vaild as at least Danzo and Kabuto should be removed.

because their in esscence side characters, aka not nearly enough screen time or devoplment to out rank or out place

others who have been talked about the whole series.

such as Hashirama

which both kabuto and danzo need to become well known.
