Lee - He is probably the most humane character, we see him trying hard and doing his best but not going high-top tiers.
That's what is great about him. People are get bound to their "ultimate goals" in their life so much that they forget their journey and what they are loving to do.
This guy does what he loves, he is not someone whose character says "go for it and you will succee at everything definetely" his character says "do what you love, life is to valuable for not being the thing you want. You are not the right cut? Who cares. Being yourself is being what you want to be, don't deny who you are because that's the most someone can get from life."
Neji - Before he get tnjed... He was conflicting with both underdog status came from beign side family and elite status from being a genius. He had a great representation of what responsibilites of "adults" actions conclude in children and what leads people to being hopeless.
He displayed a great strength in his fight with Hinata and showed that branch family can surpass the main one. He, supposedely the one who is bound to protect the main family went against his own destiny and beat the hell out of someone from that family. It still cringes me how he died for a main family mamber...Kishi is probably trying to say one can't escape destiny in the end. Disgusting ending for a great character.
