hmmm i dont agree with the order and some need to be removed.

2. first human borned with charka, dont think its handed power

3. Kamui wasnt handed, obito had to work for just about everything he almost died for god sakes..

4. I seriously dont see why ppl think EMS is on the same level as been given a/ the strongest tailed beast in history.

Naruto is at the top of my list of "free given powers"
