take the top 2 from the list.. Kaguya stole her power and Rikudo was born with it.
Kabuto took his powers , but I guess it was free since Oro was kinda dead.

Obito was given his power while he was unconscious . didn't ask for it.
Naruto was given KUrama shortly after his birth. didn't ask for it.
Sasuke was given the Curse Mark forcefully... didn't ask for it.
Gaara was given his power shortly after his birth.. didn't ask for it.
Yamato was given his power by force while a baby. didn't ask for it.
