lemme clear things up
so6p is obviously 1st , then madara and nagatos power are unrivaled , then you have tobi and kabuto seeming almost invincible , naruto and sasuke being in the same league , they left itachi in the dust so stop puting itachi , kisame , jiraiya , oro , deidara , onoki and the likes about 6th , muu , the 3rd raikage and 2nd mizukage would solo jiraiya and KM naruto
people still rate itachi higher than the strongest bijuu? wtf is wrong with you people , seriously , lemme make this clear

KM naruto = edo itachi

some people even put tsunade in their lists , where the **** did you get that idea from?
shes average speed , only jutsus she has are medical jutsu and 1 genjutsu , shes no strong enough to be top 25

another thing people are doing is rating minato a bit too high , hes all hype ,yes he is strong taking on sharingan tobi who is about as strong as itachi ,if you rate itachi top 5 then minato>so6p which he clearly doesnt , some ninja wont be affected by minatos space time ninjutsu , for example muu can fly..... and 3rd raikage wont be hurt at all ,
and you say he can seal somebody , but if you die too it isnt what i personally call strength , "minato is so strong that he kills himself using a sealing jutsu"
