[Discussion] Top 10 Strongest Characters

[godemperor307]

only characters without any devil fruits or haki.

what do you think.

[Bogard]

What do you mean by this? Should characters who are devil fruit or haki users be counted in the list without taking them into consideration? Or do you mean only characters who can't use devil fruit or haki at all should be listed?

Either this is my list of most powerful characters without using their devil fruits or haki

Roger
Garp
Mihawk/Rayleigh
Shanks
Ben Beckman

Not sure about the rest

[Forbidden Tale]

It's not possible to make top list with characters who don't have haki.

So, I will give it without devil fruits.

1. Gold D. Roger
2. Monkey D. Garp
3. Monkey D. Dragon
4. Shanks / Dracule Mihawk
5. Dracule Mihawk / Shanks
6. Silvers Rayleigh
7. Charlotte Linlin
8. Pre Mera Mera Sabo
9. Jinbei
10. Vista

This is on top of my head, character that don't has any Devil Fruit, ofc some of them could have it, since we never saw their full power.

Why is Dragon 3rd? I'm pretty sure he's strong but in another way? Hm

[godemperor307]

i said no DFs or haki. most of the characters you all just listed have haki.
meaning you breached the rules of the thread

It's not possible to make top list with characters who don't have haki.

lol why not

Either this is my list of most powerful characters without using their devil fruits or haki

Roger
Garp
Mihawk/Rayleigh

garp and rayleigh have haki so how are they on the list?

[Bogard]

lol why not

Because majority of part2 characters have haki(displayed on panel or not) besides fodders. Unless you want us to make list of part1 level people(like Arlong for example) and eventhen some of them have implied haki, unless you want only people who actually displayed it

garp and rayleigh have haki so how are they on the list?

Mihawk has haki as well unless you mean a list of people who didn't display haki

[Forbidden Tale]

You think he should be lower?

i said no DFs or haki. most of the characters you all just listed have haki.

lol why not

Because it's NW now. Majority of people has it. 10th on my list is Vista, Vista if I remember correctly used haki against Akainu. Not sure about Jinbei, Sabo also has haki. Big Mom is a Yonko and NW pirate, she for sure has haki as well. Silvers and Shanks already used haki. Mihawk as long as I remember hasn't used haki, but it would be weird if he as Shanks' rival and strongest shichibukai don't has it. Garp as Vice Admiral also has haki. Roger and Dragon has 0 feats, but just like Mihawk it would be weird if PK and Most wanted man don't have haki.

So, it was pretty hard to make that list above, without just DFs if it's also without haki, than top 10 would be with East Blue Pirates + Baroque Works.

[godemperor307]

Because it's NW now.

i dont care. i literally dont give two flying fuks.
i asked for a list of people who have no haki or DFs

han top 10 would be with East Blue Pirates + Baroque Works.

is that so difficult? and not really no, given itd include jinbei and oars jr

Because majority of part2 characters have haki(displayed on panel or not) besides fodders. Unless you want us to make list of part1 level people(like Arlong for example) and eventhen some of them have implied haki, unless you want only people who actually displayed it

i wasnt aware i asked for part 2. i dont give a **** if you think its difficult to make the list. if you think its too hard, then click away

Lolll @ Ben beckman being top 5

[Hexuze]

I'm going to ignore your restriction since most people have haki, even Tashigi has it and now Usopp...
Post-TS:
1. Dragon/Shanks (tied)
2. Kaido/Kong ( Hype wise and I'm only placing Kong this high since I believe Dragon and Kong will face off at EoS)
3. Akainu/Mihawk (tied)
4. Big Mam/Kuzan (tied)
5. BB
6. Ben Beckman/Kizaru
7. Fujitora/Marco (Marco is probably slightly stronger) and probably Garp
8. Sengoku
9. Rayleigh
10. Vista/Jozu/Magellan (I'm not placing all three of them at #10, I believe at least one of them is bottom tier of admiral level, assuming they got good haki)

Ever heard about manners? No?

Without haki and df? I don't see why not. Please tell me who(besides the one i listed above) are stronger than him without haki and DF

Jozu? .

[Bogard]

Jozu? .

I don't see Jozu stronger than Ben Beckman without his DF when even with it, it's already doubtful for me that he is stronger. As Shanks's first mate he should be closer to Marco than Jozu or at most be his equal(when DF is counted). Not to mention i was only counting non-df users

[godemperor307]

then get off this thread.
and it shows how little you get the series given your putting down featless characters whove done nothing and thus cant be evaluated in strength.
dragon is featless. show me him using an attack

Characters without devil fruits OR Haki? Is that two lists? Or are you wanting a list of incredibly weak characters?

I'm only going to do the non-devil fruits list as we still have no idea who has and doesn't have Haki... Even amongst the Strawhats outside of the monster trio!

No Devil Fruits (only CONFIRMED)
1. Dracule Mihawk/Shanks
2. Dracule Mihawk/Shanks
3. Monkey D. Garp
4. Silvers Rayleigh
5. Ben Beckmann
6. Shiliew/Lucky Roo
7. Shiliew/Lucky Roo
8. Vista/ Bigshot Marine VA's
9. Vista/ Bigshot Marine VA's
10. Vista/ Bigshot Marine VA's

[godemperor307]

haki's rare outside of the new world, hancock's island and admirals/vice admirals. extremely so.
it is not that hard.
plus if the likes of moria and arlong had it, there should be no reason at all why luffy would touch them

here is my list. people who almost certainly dont have it.

1. hody jones
2. franky
3. surume/kraken
4. ryuuma
5. chopper

there.

[ZoroXTashigi]

NO DF & HAKI

1. Jinbei
2. Franky
3. Oars Junior
4. Wiper
5. Gan Fall
6. Nami
7. Arlong
8. Hody Jones
9. Kumadori
10. Fukuro

[Uzumaki Macho]

NO DF & HAKI

1. Jinbei
2. Franky
3. Oars Junior
4. Wiper
5. Gan Fall
6. Nami
7. Arlong
8. Hody Jones
9. Kumadori
10. Fukuro

Why is Oars Junior at 3 but Oars is nowhere on the list? Hody>>>Arlong. Kumadori>>Arlong. Fukuro>>Arlong.

[ZoroXTashigi]

Why is Oars Junior at 3 but Oars is nowhere on the list? Hody>>>Arlong. Kumadori>>Arlong. Fukuro>>Arlong.

I don't add Zombies, because they used other people power ... and Arlong>Hody ... give Arlong same drug, he will perform better than Hody ... my opinion. I don't blame you if you not agree. Fukuro&Kumadori ... I change they rank last second... maybe they was better than Arlong.
