completely agree! Minato is the only one who has been able to wound tobi. He learn the weakness of tobi within two moves and was able to fight the nine tails with its full amount of chakra. No one has been able to go head to head with the nine tails besided him and hashirama. I would put nagato at number 2 even with itachi though.

My list of actual prodigies, in no order though :
Minato - No KG, he was considered a once in a generation genius. Analzes situations in seconds, he created his own justu, became hokage at a young age and saved his village while saving his son and predicting his son would save the future.
Itachi - i believe Blaze Release explained it Great.
Kakashi - Graduated at a young age, became a jounin like at age 10-13 (i forgot), created his own S-Rank (i believe or A-rank) justu and was skilled with his sword. The sharingan was given to him at like at 13, and he now knows over 100o jutsu.
Madara/Izuna - They were both considered equal until Izuna gave his eyes to Madara, which enable him to unlock EMS, the first one to do so.
Orochimaru - This guy is unbelieveable, he is a genius. Wasn't born special, knows like every justu, almost mastered the Edo Tensei, almost succeded in destroying a whole village and beating the 3rd (considered the strongest at one point) but he died from sickness so that sucks.
Nagato - I believe he mastered like all 5 elements at age 10.
Hiruzen - NO KG, mastered tons of justu, became hokage (twice lol), saved his village (possibly the world) from orochimaru, he was considered the strongest ninja of all time at one point.

why naruto in their as a child he learned how to use multi shadow clone jutsu (thats a forbidden technique look it up) he may not be book smart but battle wise he rivals some top dogs. learned rasangan in 1 week were it took minato three years. learned how to use wind chakra in little time. he learns and uses shadow clones for training cause anything they gain will be transported back to the user upon death or release (this has helped naruto alot making months wroth of training happen in a few hours) he may not be the sharpest tool but he is certenly not the dullest

Kakashi should be in the top 5 considering he was a Jounin level ninja by the time Sasuke was still a Genin level ninja, not to mention the fact that Kakashi didn't get the Sharingan from Obito until AFTER he was promoted to Jounin.
I'd add Haku somewhere.
And I'd swap Kakashi and Sasuke.
Kakashi graduated the Academy at 5, became a Chuunin at 6, and was promoted to a Jounin by age 13. This is more than Sasuke did and he didn't even have the Sharingan up until this point.
