I gave people without kg more weight, as a kg/jinchuuriki is a readily available tool to be tapped, whereas people without kg start with nothing. Shinobi like Madara,Itachi,Sasuke,Neji etc are geniuses, but their genius is primarily centred around their kg. Naruto and Gaara got a massive powerboost with their tailed beasts, even if they had to learn to use it. Personally I'm more impressed with people who started with nothing, as they had to create their own style and techniques.

are you guys NUTS? ...:|there is not reason to put Uchiha members in such a top since they have sharingan and Orochimaru/Minato/Hiruzen/Naruto and a few others earned their place is such a top ...seriosuly?Itachi? who got his eyes by killing someone ...or Nagato who got his eyes from Tobi? or Sasuke who got everything from itachi? ...

Prodigies? id give it to itachi. His feats as a kid is next to none.
He was able to master and use the uchiha fire techniques at a younger age than sasuke who mastered the fire ball at 7.

Taijutsu, he was able to easy blitz past 3 uchiha members of the konoha police force with 3 tomoe sharigan and defeat them with taijutsu

Genjutsu and chakra control - able to cast a paralysis genjutsu on oro and cut his hand off.

Mastery of weapons- able to hit numerous targets with relative ease but also knew how to hold a sword. Even at a young age he specialised in all 3 forms of ninja art. How many kids his age can say that?

Mastered the sharigan at 8. Was an anbu squad leader at 13 and activated the ms around this time

That is the reason Naruto wouldn't be on my list of prodigies. He isn't about natural talent he's pure hard work which is why I like him.

1 minato no kg and that strong 2 hiruzen for the same reason as minato 3 itachi he is just a genius 4 orochimaru 5 kakashi 6 sasuke 7 jiraiya 8 madara 9 hashirama 10 haku madara and hashirama are so low cos they seem like nothing without their kg but itachi is nagato and sasori are honourable mentions

Nagato should be on most peoples lists. He killed 2 chunnins without even being a ninja.

Well, I don't see Naruto on your list, he pwns almost everyone you've listed. He wasn't talented at young age, but grew up to be a very strong ninja.

Haku was very talented at his young age, but didn't live long enough to show it due to sacrificing himself for Zabuza.

So that your statement about you need to be strong to make that list is flawed.

that's why he is not a prodigy
prodigy is the one who is born with abilities not the one who achieve with hard work
naruto & lee are strong but not prodigies

Wow I think everyone has a major problem with their idea of prodigy.

Hiruzen Should be the first on everybody's list. He was called the professor, He bested two hokage and a sannin, was considered god of Shinobi. And the fact that he had no special namesake (he was not in a OP clan like senju or Uchiha)

Minato should be second because he has nothing special behind his clan name. He made jutsu from observing a tailed beast. Mastered space/time and became hokage.

Orochimaru is in here because he doesn't have clan OP and he learned his jutsu along with becoming powerful enough to fight Hiruzen and almost perfecting the bast jutsu ever.

Naruto is in here. Although he is an uzamaki he has learned and trained for powerful jutsu and even attained a perfect sage mode. He has a lot of A rank jutsu and He was able to perfect the resengan.

Kakashi too is in her because he learned and gained a lot of jutsu and as a kid he created Chidori. Anything that has to do with his Sharingan cant really be considered.



Itachi can be in here but the fact that he is an Uchiha gives him an advantage over any other characters i have listed. I do not think anybody born with a kekki genkai can be considered a prodigy (unless they were a prodigy to their own clan, like Itachi was) because it really means that they were given an unfair advantage from the start.
