You're overrating Itachi, who has no endurance and whose eyes will sprout blood in 2-3 Mangekyo techniques
Although, his intelligence will allow him to live longer
Nagato was depict as a god, why do you think that was
Notice how Hashirama is no. 2 in my list right? I respect him and his talents, but he faced Madara Uchiha just before he peaked (Rin'negan). In terms of potential, talent, and intelligence nobody except the Sage tops Madara.

He was also a chuunin at 6. The villages today (and surely the clans a long time ago) will save Genin if they can, but they'll definitely bring out chuunin to fight in battle. I just don't see Madara fighting at age 6 (unless we find out later that he was naturally talented from birth). And regardless of a system, somebody had to teach Madara ninja skills, and I don't see him being considered ninja material that young, even if he had the Sharingan.

itachi will out smart him and itachi can seal him with sword of totsuka which nagato cannot repel since it is a spirit weapon( no chakra required)
itachi too smart to be beat by nagato also itachi can use inzanami (watever it does)
Don't forget that Kabuto was the one controlling Nagato and he can't use his capacities at their best. So you can't say if Nagato was actually controlling his body he would have fallen for that..

Example: Obito had more potential than Kakashi after he achieved his Sharingan, but Kakashi was more talented (skilled) and stronger because he was more experienced; Graduated academy and Genin at young ages.
Honestly, if every Shinobi outside of the Sage of Six Paths was at the age Kakashi was during the Third Shinobi World War, most wouldn't be in Kakashi's league

I placed hashirama above everyone cuz i think he's the closest to the so6p after kabuto and i didn't include kabuto cuz all he did was stole ppls talent... I don't know who the hell tobi is but he's a genius.
Sasuke and naruto should be placed above nagato, itachi and minato... Tobi confirmed sasuke will become stronger than nagato.

Perhaps you missed him and kakashi's whole fight where the 5 sec thing is revealed in the manga. also tobi gave nagato the rinnegan as he stated that in his fight against konan in the manga.
