Juubito was extremely fast, but not faster than himself when he has Kamui.

Sasuke isn't faster than Minato, and I doubt Guy should count because its instant death meaning it won't matter.
He would die before he uses 8 gates.

The only time you're suppose to use it is to protect people who are precious to you. Not just for speed or even fighting to the death. That reason, and only that reason.
