Minato has not shown speed that even compares to Hashiramas. Tobirama was hailed as the fastest of his era with FTG, just like how Minato is hailed as the fastest shinobi in history, with FTG. In terms of raw movement speed, Hashirama has Minato and Tobirama beat, he outran a Bijudama that was shot at him from nearly point blank range (something Gai claimed he needed the 8th Gate to do) and was supposedly faster then Madara who blitzed SM Naruto. Honestly, Hashirama is potentially even higher.

You are right though, I forgot about KCM Naruto, he is put in 6th Gated Lee's place. I also put him at 9th place in reaction speed.

Is that why minato was the first Hokage to reach the battlefield?

I'm not understanding how Minato, Tobirama, and Sasuke are where they are. If your including the FTG shouldn't they be at the top? If your not how are Minato and Tobirama above the raikages?

And Hiruzen came at the same time as Tobirama and Hashirama, are you going to tell me that and old Hiruzen is as fast as Tobirama and Hashirama? And Sasuke came at the same time Jugo after the three Hokages, are you going to tell me that they are also the same speed?
