Guys, what if kaneki was died but not died, and while being Arima new weapon, in the making, he started to regenerate with his consciousnesses combined but his memories disorted, that would explain the hair color mix.

I have a feeling Haise is going to be at conflict with his identity just like ken but will keep his current identity and name to accept who he is now while not forgeting who he was, plus one themes of this manga is the identity struggle along with reborn etc., so it make sense right.

So he didn't regenerate the eye Arima cut, if it was that, Ken isn't a ghoul anymore, I think Ken's organs which were Rizes were transplanted into Haise.

Naw, haise could be kaneki, the page depicts the aftermath of it all or ken could be in the CCG, but based on this ken is alive one way or the other, Sui is just teasing us tbh.
