I concentrate my Chakra into my hand and focus the water to dense it, I mold the water into a sword shape, at 1st it look deformed, but after trying a cuple of time's I think I have it down...

I gather my Suiton chakra into my gut, I focus and mold it into a sticky syrup.. I then proceed to spit it out at your clone... the mixture is more of a liquid and is not very sticky, after several attempts I get it to the right mixture and your clone get's stuck in it's tracks..
