he didnt say stonger, he said "eyes with chakra more sisnister than my own, just like uchiha madara" he was implying that the sharingan was very powerful; powerful enough to control someone even as powerful as the kyuubi, and thats why he hated madara. he used his sharingan to control him. personally i think any MS should be able to control the kyuubi if the host is powerful enough. take for example sasuke could supress kyuubi's powers with a normal sharingan. now that he has an MS, he should be able to control it like madara.
