I Have Some Info About Minato

Minato was a very talented ninja-having graduated from the Academy at the age of ten. He came under the tutelage of Jiraiya, and under his guidance, learned to develop his skills. Impressed with Minato's determination to succeed, Jiraiya took it upon himself to teach the latter the Toad Summoning Technique. Minato mastered the technique, being the only person to fully control Gamabunta, a feat not even his sensei could do. His skills would further grow with the development of his own jutsu, the Rasengan and Flying Thunder God Technique.

It is unknown exactly how strong the Fourth was in combat. He was undoubtedly extremely powerful, as enemy nations considered fighting him certain death for the ninja sent against him, leading to a flee-on-sight order. Although his fights were never seen, it can be deduced that against large amounts of enemies, the Fourth had his comrades flood the battlefield with his special kunai allowing him to use the Flying Thunder God Technique to teleport to and kill his opponents

To Use Flying thunder god technique..you can either use special kunai's or mark the necessary place where you will teleport..^^

space/time: going through another dimension to get somewhere else. its also called flying thunder god justu.....
and toby uses it on individual body parts so t looks like the attacks go right through him....

teleportation: is just high speed movment........
when the fourth uses it he throws kunais because when you use the justu you start moving so fast you cant see where your going.... so he uses the kunais to tell him where to go....

(some of you may have already said this but i don't feel like reading
ur post)

i think that tobi exsite in two dementions at once and can freely go between them
the reegulat one that naruto and firends are in and his own.

he can make part of him only esxites(spelling) in one of the dementions so
it looks like he dissapeared in one of them(the real world) but he is really still
in the same spot just in a diffrent demention

also in his other parallel demention he can move as fast as he wants
