Withstand a binding has nothing to do with overall power level. Hanzo was capable to resist Kabuto's binding unlike Nagato or Itachi. Even Zabuza and Haku resisted until some point. I don't think you'll tell me they are stronger than Itachi or Nagato. Tobirama only showed will power, he still lack feats to put him somewhere

Orochimaru had to use hax senju dna to overpower Tobirama, I'm sorry but anyone who requires the use of senju dna to be restrained is OP by default.

the fact that hanzo or zabuza barely resisted means nothing since you know as well as I do, no one else in the series except madara and hashirama were able to freely overpower the vanilla edo tensei, with free will.

the writing is on the wall that Tobirama is OP, ppl only talk about needing "feats" when trying to downplay his strength, but hype goes a long way as well...
