* Tobi and Shisui seemed both deeply involved with Danzo
* Shisui was a member of ANBU Root
* Shisui's eyes look very similar to Tobi's
* Shisui is known for his "body flickering" technique, aka teleportation, and his genjutsu
* He might have fooled Itachi to believe he had killed him when he in fact hadn't
* "The Mizukage makes reference to a possible connection between Shisui's eye technique and the one used to control the Mizukage" -
My only problems are: Tobi seems a fair bit older than what Shisui is supposed to be now right?
Also, wouldn't Itachi recognize Shisui's voice when he met Tobi?

If it weren't for these last points I could see him being Tobi, definitely. Kagami feels more right still because there are no flaws in the theory afaik

Shisui was depicted to be a noble character that loved Konoha. I think you're missing the big picture and not asking yourself why a guy that would later turn into a super villain would randomly give his eye to his best friend when it has a power as useful as controling people's minds. Seeing how manipulative Tobi is, that kind of ability would have benefited him greatly and he would have been determined to take his own eye back from Itachi sooner. Anyway, Tobi cursed Danzo for destroying Shisui's eye so it'd be non-sensical to refer to himself in the third person, and since Tobi was partners with Madara, to me it makes the most sense Tobi is actually someone from Onoki's generation.
On another note, I don't know why people think Itachi got his MS from killing his clan. Sasuke saw Itachi with an MS before he killed everyone.

If Shisui is Kakashi's age then why did Tobi have wrinkles when he was talking to Sasuke after the Itachi fight?
I feel Tobi is Kagami,it could be why he was very involved with danzo like someone said,
and it's only natural for him to have wrinkles since he should be around Danzo's age,I'm pretty sure they didn't make those wrinkles for nothing.
Or maybe Tobi had two different identities :1 Actual Madara
2 Kagami as I think or anybody

I believe the current Tobi is Obito Uchiha himself, the one who fought Minato was Danzou Shimura and the clumsy one who joined Akatsuki is also Obito Uchiha, all of my assumptions and theories I have I thought of myself, but even mine have a couple theory holes I can't even explain(since the current chapters are basically added info to fill those holes)
With a chest of her magnitude?, I highly doubt that, you can't hide those Ds with an Akatsuki cloak lmao
