To end the confusion Tobi is a Madara Clone engineer by Zetsu
I wish people would have caught this after the Kage Summit, Sasuke Vs Danzo, and Bee Vs Kisame. Tobi is a freaking Clone of Madara. The whole idea was for Zetsu to create a clone and have it carry on his plans. Kage Summit he told Oonoki that he was a shell of his former self. Danzo even refered to him as madara. After Fuu infected his arm he just yanked it off then put another one on after the Danzo vs Sasuke battle. After the battle of Bee and Kisame you see Zetsu tranform the body back after death. For argument sake let's say Madara did transfer the power of the rinnegan to Nagato, it was so he could revive his dead body that again is why Tobi say that he was supposed to use that jutsu on me. Same reason he was shocked that Kabuto found the real dead body of Madara because he thought it was hidden well enough. He may have at some point decided that he was just going to try and make himself the Jinchuriki of the Juubi if he could but please realize he is a Madara clone. He didn't just refer to himself as Madara for amusement or to stir up pandemonium.

The only loop hole is that Madara didn't have S/T jutsu so how does Tobi/Zetsu?

yeah sure we all know he is made from zetsu or clone of some one by zetsu (like kisame you mentioned) but not sure if that's Madara or not...
Maybe some one else's clone...

S/T jutsu is zetsus technique which is why he is always with tobi or who ever tobi wants him to follow. It's clearly not a sharingan technique, i am pretty sure it works like minatos technique with the kunai. Hence why tobi caught on during the minato fight right before minato countered him.

you see tobi have a laboratory that have many sharingans he is a collector. he is like experimenting with it to form a new power imo.

Well I think it makes sense. If you remember, Tobi went as far as in showing Sasuke his face. Well at least until the trap Itachi set was release. This kind of proves further more that Tobi does indeed have Madara's face. For an example. All the kages were able to notice that it was Hashirama's face on Madara's chest. So obviously they have paintings or w/e of what these guys looked like.

Now when Sasuke asked him how he did that jutsu he told Sasuke over time you can train your chakra to do anything. Also his space time tech looks like a reverse Kamu so don't be so sure that it's not a sharingan jutsu

Doesn't danzo have shisui's right arm? At the meeting with the kages someone noticed shisui's chakra flowing from danzos eye and arms.
When tobi touched torune with his right hand it was filled with white zetsu when he pulled it out.
Harashima's dna is on everybody these days and so is shisui. Tobi did say he wanted to be whole again. Maybe im reaching idk.
