I don't recall Kagami's abilities being stated anywhere in the manga.. So how would you know that he has space time jutsu?

and also i nagato was madaras son too with an uzumaki woman and i think because the uzumaki are related to the senju when the kid was born he had rinnegan because he had senju and uchiha dna but it is a theory and i have bo proof but what ever time will tell

Nagato wasn't Madara's son. Nagato was a random Uzumaki from Ame and Tobi implanted the Rinnegan eyes on him. And the Rinnegan has nothing to do with Senju blood, it's purely an evolution of the Sharingan.

madara was ones in the same team with the rikudou sennin and an hyuga girl, and all the 3 were fighting to insure peace in the world. but before the rikudou died he revealed the juubi secret to madara and hoped that madara will make sure the biju do not meet to awake the juubi. he even engrave the secret on a stone and put it within the uchiwa clan to remember madara that his is to ensure that the 9 biju do not meet. in case they accidentally meet and the juubi awakes, he showed madara a jutsu that will enable him seal the juubi power into hiself and another jutsu to control the juubi power to his advantage, all this to ensure that the juubi do not bring disaster to the world. as time went on, madara could not keep that promise and concluded that he want to be powerful and praised like his old friend(rikudou) and then revealed the secret to his brother izuna. izuna decided to help him do his evil plans so was rewarded with the sharigan.they decided to train hard to become powerful enough to capture the 9 biju and awake the juubi, after which madara will use the jutsu showed to him by the rikoudou to seal into hiself the juubi power and control it to his advantage. everyday they went separately from village to villages challenging and killing the strongest and in the end of the day they meet to have a fight to see who is improving faster. madara then meets the senju hashirama and challenges his but he could not defeat him, they then became friends and founded a village(konoha). madara told then about that to his brother and ask him to go ahead and locate the 9 biju, when he is done, madara himself will use the jutsu giving to him by the senin to unit their powers and seal it into his own body. madara also revealed the secret to senju believing that senju will help him go about his evil plans. senju the concluded that madara is dangerous and he wants to break all realtion with him, but since they are the founders of konoha, they will fight and the loser will leave the village. the winner was senju and became the first hogake. after the fight madara predent to bve dead because of the shame, when the senju get away from the battle field, madara goes back to meet his brother. they continue trainning but because of what happened to him at konoha he gain more hatred and killed more then his brother even people close to him. by so doing he ignored that his sharigan was getting powerful and he will soon be in darkeness. they then detected the 9th biju(kyuubi) who was very noisy, but madara became blind and so he showed on of jutsu to his brother to control the kyuubi gave the remaining sharigan power in his eyes to izuna. by doing so they automaticaly discovered the ultimate mangyeku sharigan. he then tell izuna to use the jutsu to controle kyuubi and destrot konoha and his old friend who defeated him to become hokage(senju hashirama) otherly he will be an obstacle to them since he did not agree to help he madara to go about his evil plan. he also warned izuna not reveale that he is dead or it will be a shame on him. so izuna then uses the identity of madara to accomplish madara's will. he controls kyuubi to destry konoha for the 1st time. the 2nd time he failed because the hogake a that time was minato mamikaze and his was already alert about the man who uses kyuubi to destroy konoha so he prepare for him. minato then seals the kyuubi power into his own son knowing that one day the so called madara(izuna) will come again, but then his son naruto will face him with the help of the kyuubi power. izuna then lost the kyuubi so he disappeared for sometime when he head of the akatsuki and he took that chance to continue his brother wishes. he then convainced the akatsuki leaders and enter the organization with the name of tobi. in the 4th ninja war the real madara appear with bandage all over his body and dark eyes which show that he really gave his eyes his brother but not the versa. he came to help his brother killed the 5 kage and then take the remaining jubi so that he can get his real appearance and become ultimate like the rikudou, but they will fill.
someone will ask if tobi is izuna why is it that he has one eye, because izuna has two eyes.
the fact that tobi is wearing the mask do not mean that he has one eye, have you eve seen the face behind the mask?

Tobi is a special madara+ harishima clone..reasons why..
(predictions for that:he is half madara and half harishima clone rite side madara and left harishima just like zetsu but with full powers..even the faces)
1. He used izangi frm left eye having half senju body just as danzo
2.has planted rinnegan only in left eye coz a lot of chakra which senju hav is required
3.only possibly then he knows truth about madara and so secrets of sharingan & rinnengan
4. say what is behind the mask and not who is behind the mask...if it were izuna or obito or any other theory man he would have said 'who is'
