Well for your first point, that means nothing except you can probably choose which eye you can to go blind, his right eye has his space time technique so I'd choose the other one. For point two tobi has senju dna in his right arm and left at least. Both those are zetsu arms that he lost and regained from his dna shrine. The third point he could of been madara's assistant or else worked with him. Or read the uchiha shrine to learn about him. Don't know what to say about the last point. :|
But about you said really doesn't prove he is a senju, all it proves is that he has uchiha and senju dna in him.

My thinking is on the level of Tobi being a Obito Zetsu fusion as well. The interesting thing is that Orochimaru knew about almost all of Madara's plan and wanted Sasuke specificly to unlock the Rinnegan. Which begs that he knew Madara was dead. Did Orochimaru leave Akatsuki because he killed Madara or played some part in his demise as a kind of coup ? Was tobi originally just created to be the host of the ten tailed beast so that Madara could pull the strings knowing that it would eventually kill him like it was plaguing the sage of six paths? Who ever controls Tobi at this point has control of the board.
This is a bit random but it's what I have been pondering.

I think Tobi aka Izuna , was probably trying to betray Madara and do the eye's moon plan on his own. He probably knows Madara is the only one who stands a chance against him

That still wouldn't make sense given the reaction he showed when Kabuto revealed the body in the coffin.

Up until now, since knowing that Edo Madara is on the battlefield, Tobi hasn't gone out of his way to do anything about it. He just doesn't seem to give a damn really and he proved that by saying he is "no one" and that the Moon's Eye plan is his only true goal.

well i dot have any special theory but i think to bi existed before madara he some how recruits madara as he did with nagato itachi and finally sasuke all i know is that tobi wants the tailed beast to complete him self i think that tobi was the first jinjuriki.

He can't use his Jutsus because of cloning himself before his death, just like Muu.

OK, my theory isn't very common but I think it makes the most sense.

Basically, I think Tobi is a creation from Izanagi... think about it, Izanagi can turn reality into imagination (as Danzo used it) but can also turn imagination to reality which we've never seen being used after the sage of six paths used it to create the bijuus.

Ok, what do you need to be able to use this technique? The sharingan, but also the senju DNA. Which is why Danzo had it implanted into him by Orochimaru. Madara also had both after his fight with the 1st Hokage as we have seen him use wood style jutsus.

So, before he died he used Izanagi to create Tobi. Probably so Tobi could revive Madara later on... using Nagato! Yes, Tobi has said he was the one who gave Nagato the rinnegan, and when Madara was revived he spoke of him.

Of course we don't know all the details, but from what I conclude, Tobi is some kind of replica of Madara created using the powers of Izanagi.

What do you guys think?

What does inventing Edo Tensei have to do with being Tobi? And since when did he have FTG... anyway, Tobi could be anyone right now so I ain't going to discard it (even though there is like a 99.999% chance of being wrong).

We don't know the backstory of him at all. We don't know how did Hashirama or Madara died. First that needs to be explained in order to continue answering your question.

What if in reality Madara killed Hashirama? Tobirama wanted to get revenge on the whole Leaf for that, along with the Uchiha clan.

you don't need the senju dna but if you have it it makes the effect longer......and you know its short time not temporary
