1. So you're saying that he's completely exhausted? even bleeding Nagato said that he could still make a bigger Chibaku Tensei if Naruto turn into Nine Tails. But now just wait next week. If Tobi use big techniques again then there's no way he's "exhausted"

Kakashi said it himself that the reason Tobi hasn't used the paths is because controlling the biiju takes alot of chakra, Tobi Agreed with him by saying "Good eye" or something along those lines.

Cuz kishi would not have made tobi steal it from nagato and then transplant it in his left eye if he wasnt going to use it

Its plot man. He has used two Rinnegan techs though. The chakra chains and the Deva path ability to control repulsive and attractive forces. The rocks flying for example. I'm almost sure he is using the latter atm.

You guys are forgetting the Juubi's awakening arent you? His saving chakra to control it with his eyes. Which will take a hefty amount of chakra to keep it tamed.

Also he would need alot of chakra to either seal it in Madara or use Infinite Tsukuyomi.

Letting it go on rampage is really dangerous

I doubt madara's plans are aligned with tobi. Madara is too strong to settle for less than the true bijuu. Tobi is settling for less to awaken a half bijuu... Its more of desperation...

Remember Madara still wants kurama from naruto I don't think tobi will let him get it. So a confrontation between Madara and tobi is definitely coming.
