After chapter 599, I am pretty sure that Tobi is not Obito!
First lets start with the beginning.
Uchiha Madara!
Was around 25 years old when Konoha was founded.
Around 10 years later he fought Hashirama and was "defeated", but got Hashirama's cells.
He was very injured after this fight, and the coming years he created Zetsu! And around the same time he got the rinnengan. And shortly after he got the rinnengan he died. Not much older than the fight between him and Hashirama. Here somewhere Tobi must already have been involved. He got the rinnengan. And approximately 40 years later. Nagato was born. Tobi gave the eyes to Nagato. To use them to revive Madara.
Now here is where the things get weird. If Madara died about 30 years before Nagato was even born. How in the world would he even know about Nagato. But Madara resturrected did know about him! but looked just as he did in his prime. and this is the only thing my theori cant fit in.
But here it goes.
Madara created White Zetsu and Black Zetsu. And a third! Tobi. beein half madara half zetsu. As we have seen some of white zetsu's ability, to take chakra and copy the enemy looking just like them (dont know if he can use their abilities but yes) What if the third creation Tobi had that ability just way better, with some of madara's conciseness. He first took Madara's body. thu's having the long hair we have seen in some chapters aswell Madara's memories therfore knowing everything about his past and so on. In the world war were Obito presumably died. What is Tobi used that same ability to change into Obito's body! He did and he really liked his Sharingan technique, but at the sametime he got some of obitos personality (aswell as obitos memories, he dreams and so on). just as he got from madara' the first time. Thus he used the Madara body, when meeting with Kisame, Itachi etc.. Making them believe he was the real Madara. Using tobi's body when he needed that and using his Sharingan.
Before this chapter I thought, well maybe it is Obito! But when I saw obito, I just got a feeling it is not Obito. Because it just does not make sense that. Madara gave Nagato the Rinnengan and still beeing this young. I think that had chakra within tobi so when he was revieved he knew what tobi had done "like kage bunshin" it came back to him. When he switched to Obito's body, Madara could not sense what he was doing no more. Tobi attacked yondaime, a couple of years after Obito died. And if it was Obito, how in the world could he had learned sooo much, in such a short time. Did Madara teach him? I doubt it
Did white and black zetsu find him and teach him. Possibly but very unlikely. Pluss Akatsuki, was already created before Obito died!

It seems as if everybody thinks that now! But I just have my doubts.
