Tobi could have being a rouge uchiha ninja,and tobi cannot be obito because if obito was still alive he would not have being this old...however we cant say tobi is not related to madara after all he is from the uchiha clan.

Madara and his younger brother both had light skin. In the recent episode, you can see Tobi's face is DARK. In the manga, that part of the face wasnt even shaded. Hes most likely not Madara's clone and he is not his brother. End of story.

for those who aren't convinced that tobi is Obito , may i ..?

1: when Obito awakened the sharingan for the first time : he started with 2 tomoes level ; doesn't that shows he has a kind of special eyes ..?

2: Tobi controlled the kyuubi : which means he has MS : though we never saw it : but what we know that when he uses the t/s ninjutsu he doesn't use the 3 tomoes sharingan : witch means he uses MS at this moment : but why we haven't see it ??

that's the 3 : i think kishi will show off Obito's MS which is the same as Kakashi's it may be a kind of a suspense thing as we used to see from kishi !

4 : remember that since kakashi used MS he never suffered from the decrease of the eye sight --> that takes us back to the "1" obito's eyes were special

5 : how is he revived ??? (have we seen a Clear view of a dead Obito ..? NO what we saw was him under Rocks and his right side completely crushed ; in his fight with danzo's subordinates, he cut off his own arm showing off that white thing which made us wonder if zetsu didn't use a jutsu of his own to fuse with Obito's body !

I think he is Obito, they never retrieved his body after all and we don't know what his powers would have been like had he lived. Also Kakashi has a similar power to Tobi which would make sense if Tobi turned out to be Obito. Kakashi can send things to another place with a space/time technique using sharingan, Tobi can transport himself and whoever he is touching anywhere with the technique that looks similar to this.

Those are not facts, there assumptions. Obito was the same age as Kakashi and from what we saw of tobi's face hes near the age of Danzou, which is 70. Kakashi is in his late 20's/ early 30's so give me facts to counter that and why would he be evil if he was willing to give his life to save his friend?

How do you explain himhaving all of Madara's memories, he must have lived while Madara was alive cause Madara knew him and Madara died relativly young so Tobi is over 60-70.
