Plus tobi's identity was revealed as madara when madara first took part of his mask off. And then in the next chapter sasuke basted amaterasu at him.
But at the end of the previous one it said at the bottom that tobi was madara. And i tihnk that madara was mizukage a long time ago and was the one who created the seven swordsmen of the mist.

Obito had one eye crushed by a boulder and his other was given to Kakashi so Obito has no more eyes to give anyone unless he had a 3rd eye Sharringan in his foreheard.thats y he is wearin the mask
his first group must have been the seven swordsmen
if its not the madara, the Mizukage must have found obito and took his eye

I think obito's story had ended a long time ago and not coming back. Tobi is Madara but there is a secret we dont know yet ..something that Itachi knew and I think Zetsu knows as well. Other than the tailed beast, Madara needs Susuke to regain his complete power!

Since madara never died he wasnt really beaten but fooled the world letting them think that. And madara is obviously better than shodaime with his skills. I dont see how its possible to defeat him.
