Everyone calls the raikage armor by lvl 1 & 2 quit being a smart ass like the 4th calls his ftg by lvl 1 & 2.Minato ftg is bootleg watered down if minato wanted to get to the moon he'd have no way but if tobi wanted to he get there quicker so who's techinque is faster???i done arguing with you bandwagon fan boi go be a groupie some were else

Sasuke is fast and that was the speed raikage and sasuke were fighting. But it wasn't raikage's true lighting armor speed when sasuke was able to make a damage on raikage's chest.

Raikage was on his lighting armor speed when sasuke activated his amaterasu. Raikage avoided it then sasuke couldn't keep up with Raikage's extreme speed.

Tell me if one out of those everyone who claims that raikage has levels is kishi's words? If so then link me or give me proof. I only believe what I read from kishi's work on manga. Anything else is irrelevant.

A' is faster regarding raw speed and moving laterally. Minato is faster regarding FTG and linear moving.

Hey I think he can put more charka into his Raiton Armor and increase his speed and reaction time but we still not sure that his charka increase significantly since the time he fought Minato or not?.
