the only reason i mentioned that if minato didnt have ftg was to compare how sasuke dodge the raikage attack compared to the way minato did i can careless about A or minato

Tobi "touched" minato. It was probably Minato's way of making an illusion. He already knew that Madara was trying to touch him in order to suck him away to another dimension. Just like sasuke fooled Danzo with his weak gentjutsu. Danzo thought that he still had his last eye opened (arm), but he didn't. Minato let madara touch him in order for Madara to become solid. Minato knew that once Madara touched him, he was solid. It was just a confirmation signal for Minato's attack. Minato needed to be sure that Madara was in a solid state so that his rasengan can land a hit.
Madara became intangable. That's very different when you have to first react to extreme speed and then teleport. In reality madara didn't have time to teleport away from A's full speed attack. Madara just made his body intangible as part of his reaction.
One of the most misconceptions everyone makes it's that people think that sasuke dodged A's attack. Sasuke never dodged A's lighting armor speed attack. He just cover himself with susano'o and amaterasu. That's not dodging.

Like come on minato has to mark or throw the kunai toward the spot he wants to head to that also takes up time leaving gaps it in his attack but the 4th is extremely smart.I believe minato iq is that of Shikaku x3 and no one from the leaf can take him head on except for Itachi that would most likely result on both of them dieing.If both minato & tobi had to get from a to b and that's 30 miles away minato would be bugged out unless he marked that spot or left his kunai and that's already to much work.

lol lvl 1 armor? where do you get this. He can increase the intensity of his armor and speed but there is no such a thing as levels.

Sasuke didn't even have time to turn his head towards raikage. All he could do is react fast and protect himself with amaterasu.
What's your point showing me when madara went intangible against minato? This is why Minato already knew that Madara could make his body intangible which is why he needed to know if madara was intangible or solid when he used his rasengan. In order to do this he needed a confirmation signal. The confirmation signal was letting Madara touch him. Once Minato felt that Madara touched him. He knew Madara was solid so he teleported instantly and attacked with rasengan

Having a jutsu more advanced doesn't exactly mean you are going to be faster. It could be more advanced in other aspects but in speed wise it isn't

they still need kishi's approval, they cant just change whatever they want misleading the audience, the same goes for fillers, it has to have some truth to it or most likely kishi will have them change it up a bit if it isnt compatible with his future work, everything regarding the animation of kishis manga has to fit

Lol you failed so hard Minato dodge that attack and appear behind bee ready to kill him BUT bee is quite fast as well by putting up a knife ready to stap minato so minato speed beat raikage
