From my personal experience , you must be more active and exercise , burn more calories than you take and keep doing it till you lose your weight ( you'll want to stop but keep doing it that's the trick of losing weight )

Get off the couch and do some exercise. Your diet as a whole is half-assed, so either fix it or start working for a fitter body.

"Diet" is a terrible word. If I could find the person who invented it, I would happily drill a bullet through their skull. I don't believe in diets, because when you go on the diet, you eventually go off the diet and you pack the same amount of weight again.(but this time, it becomes fat, and you lose muscle mass). And there is no overall change in attitude to food/life.

What you're doing is starving yourself, and that's a terrible thing to do. Skipping meals(ESPECIALLY breakfast) is not the answer, as even if you do lose weight it's not a healthy way of living(which is more important than weight). The simple way to lose as much weight as possible(AND stay healthy)? Cultivate healthy eating habits and exercise well. First off, eat 3 meals a day is what I would recommend. Second of all, make your proportion of vegetables/meats be roughly 2/3-1/3. I won't go in detail, but if you follow that guide, and also do some exercise most days(roughly 1 hour per day), you should start losing weight.(and even if you don't, it's waaay healthier than what you are doing currently.) On a side note, I would cut out the juice, and replace it with water, as it's a much healthier choice of drink.

So many wrong things, better see a sports trainer and a dietist.

Just to say atleast do not skip your breakfast, try to have more protein instead of so much sugar (so much juice -considering they are mostly sugar and unnatural nowadays- are not necessary) and have more exercises. 1 mile a day and 1 hour of workout a week is nothing much. Also sports like swimming, basketball, boxing etc. which rely on and develop other things like teamwork, skill, progression, technique, speed, reactions unlike workouts which is just "body building" are more beneficial, entertaining and sustainable for body. Afleast that was the case for me.

Just eat rice,drink water and work out on the treadmill everyday for 5-7 hours.

You don't have to run,just fast walk on the treadmill and every once in a while jog.
That's how I went from 220 to 179 within a month and a half.

Also wear one of those stomach belts

Your diet is NOT healthy, you are barely eating anything! This will actually make you gain weight. Losing weight is based on a balanced and healthy diet along with healthy exercise and time. Starving yourself will only make you ill and not result in weight loss. Your diet is scary, you are going to make yourself sick and weak living like that.

Either consult your Doctor on weight loss or if you cannot for some reason, consult the many, many websites of healthy eating and HEALTHY weight loss.

Also, I don't know if you are trying to body build or not, but bodybuilders put on weight and then tone it into muscle. Triple H's book is supposed to be good on that subject, so I've heard.

Hey if you don't want to try it,then I guess you don't want to loss weight.
It worked for me.
Just put on some inspirational music that you like to listen to and day dream ( I would imagine that I had superpowers and fighting bad guys,etc) you won't even know you're working out for 5 hours .

This is my regular routine.
1-3am cereal 7cups.
4-5am cereal 3cups.
6am cereal 4cups.
7am cereal 8cups.
1pm cereal 2cups.
3pm cereal 12cups.

Dinner time.
Cereal.






Here's my diet.
Nothing.



OT: Burn it off.
