the very fact that you workout for 1 and a half hour means ur not working har enough. Personally, apart from arms, I always feel dead after 40 mins. Why? I do lots of powerlifting aka compound movements such as deadlifts and squats, which takes the shit out of u. So u need to up ur intensity

Another problem for u might be genetics. It is highly unlikely for u but some ppl hv shit genetics and find it hard to lose bodyweight. My chest and ab genetics are shit, while my back and legs are good.

One extremely likely problem is that ur simply not eating enough. It is common knowledge that u need caloris to burn calories. Try eating complex carbs such as brown rice and bread, with more chicken than u are currently eating. Personally, I can wolf down half a chicken without breaking a sweat.

Why am I reliable? Well, cos im ur age, and im 15. I was 80kg last year and today im still 80kg, but with half the belly and double the thickness. Moobs are still an issue tho!

A couple things:

1. You shouldn't worry TOO much about your weight at age 15. I was a gumdrop child, but I stretched out at the end of middle school, so give it a few years.

2. To lose weight is a combined effort of exercise and diet. You need to watch calories, not necessarily eat specific foods. Its more about how many calories you are going to burn when you exercise [you should go to the gym at least 3 days a week for 1-3 hours] compared to how many calories you are eating every week. Even if you're diet is steak and beans, if you're eating, for example, 3000 calories a day but only burning 1500 calories each time you go to the gym you aren't making any progress. You want to burn more than you eat, which means either going to the gym everyday to burn the calories you've eaten that day, or go to the gym a few times a week and making sure you burn more calories than the combined amount of calories than you've eaten since your last visit to the gym.

Skip the grape juice. Drink water instead. You should try a certain site named bodybuilding. It does not only give advice how to lose weight in the gym; it also gives you advice on what you should eat. Grape juice has way too much sugars mate. Scrap the juice's, and chocolate milk or you'll lose nothing.

Your diet is not good.

Skipping any meal will result in your metabolism slowing down (and that's much worse if your metabolism is innately slow) and the juices and soda are sugary too. For some people with slower metabolisms, it's better to have five, smaller meals throughout the day.

Even if you did skip a meal a day you'll still lose weight. It's all playing with calories.
I lost my overweight by just drinking coffee and smoking. :| Not healthy but it did work.

Exercising until you're down to zero is counter-productive, it's not the best way to get results.

I once had issues with my weight the key is to cut out the carborhydrates. Replace whitebread with wheatbread,replace white rice with brown rice, and avoid eating late. Fill up on cocumbers and apples, two at most a day.

MY current diet.
1.1 sliced of wheat bread with jam
2.Half sliced/One full apple
3.1 small cup of beans with fish.
4. Should i feel peckish i take half slice of bread.

Now bread is 90 calories add that with jam thats 100 add the bread i take in the night thats 150 but lets say 160
A large apple is 110 cal add that would be 270
Fish would be 300-350cal
and beans 300

Altogther my calorie count doesnt exceed 1200 at most. Somedays its even less thats how i lost over 20 kilograms, that add doing situps.

When you skip a meal, your metabolism slows so whilst you lose weight for not eating, the next time you come to eat, your body isn't able to break down foods as well; causing more of that meal to stored as fat.

It just doesn't work and ends up being detrimental to health.

lol at people saying to exercise, diets are made in the kitchen guys, its his diet thats all wrong, drink more water.

I mean really? Ice cream and steak? Thats not a diet.

If you wanna lose weight drink more water, less juice and soda.

Don't eat meals, eat all the time but in small portions. If you're constantly digesting small portions of food periodically it raises your metabolism. You could honestly eat whatever you want this way but since you're trying to lose what you have you should eat something healthy and light, like fruits and small sandwiches.

Well I'm living proof here. :| I know the metabolism does slow down, but it can never go low enough that you'd stop losing weight.
If you eat 1000 calories a day, like in the middle of the day, you'll lose weight that day, even if you do not eat more than that one time.

Drink lots of water
Avoid the bad carbs
Diet should consist more of lean meats which are packed with Protein and lots of veggies to fill you up.
Cardio for 30 mins everyday
Big 3 weight lifting exercises you should do are Bench Press, Deadlift and Squats. The more muscle you have, the more calories your body burns everyday.
Make sure you watch your Calorie intake so you can burn more than you eat.

Diet is the key, people ask me how i lost weight with little to no exercise and they are suprised that its my diet. I mean counting calories is essential at most do not exceed 1500 and you are in my opinion going to lose weight. Dont eat 1500 cal of pasta eat 1500 cal of fruits, brown rice, white beans, oat meal. Eat healthily. If you must eat carborhydrates look for the ones low in fat.

If you eat 1000 calories a day, like in the middle of the day, you'll lose weight that day, even if you do not eat more than that one time.

You'd still loose weight but not as healthily, since you're starving yourself of key nutrients your organs and other faculties would take a toll depending on the severity of your nutrient deprivation.

Along with fat you'd also loose muscle, which weighs more than fat.

You're not eating enough
Eat 6 small meals throughout the day it will make your metabolism speed up,try to get protein in each meal,don't eat bread and stop drinking fruit juice it's basically soda without carbonation only drink water and drink 3 liters of water a day
Try and make your workouts 1 hour and do the compound exercises like bench press,pull-ups,deadlift,and squats
Don't expect results right away wait 6-8 weeks
