Kishi stated in an interview that Minato is the most powerful Kage and shinobi that is currently dead. He then stated that he would put Hiruzen on level with Minato. Minato was dead after the 3rd Raikage, 1st Hokage, 2nd Hokage, etc. That means Kishi, THE AUTHOR AND CREATOR OF NARUTO, clearly says that Minato and Hiruzen are the top 2 most powerful DEAD shinobis.

No, the 3rd Raikage is not the strongest Kage. There was an interview with Kishi and a question was asked who was the strongest Hokage and Kage in general. Kishi said, as far as the dead goes, Minato is the strongest of all the Hokages

How was this negative feedback? This was accurate feedback based off interviews that the Shonen Jump company had with Kishi. They interview him periodically, and I wouldn't put it past my mind to think Kishi doesn't know the facts to his OWN manga.

As far as I can tell, the flame war that the OP caused is the true negative feedback.

If hes the strongest he would have defeat Madara straight on. Only hokage hashirama have defeat Madara 1v1. Therefore hes the strongest kage so far.

Is the Third Raikage the strongest Kage of all time? I have strong reasons to believe so.
1) As most of you may know, he was know as the human shield, his defense was indestructible. Nothing was known to actually pierce anything, except for one thing that I'll get to later. Even the Hachibi, arguably the 2nd Stongest Tailed Beast, could not pierce through his shield.
2) He has, as most of the Raikages, super human speed. He's as fast as the current Raikage, A. Please, take note that the only person fast than A was Minato. Still, The Third Raikage was even stronger than A. No doubt.
3) The Jigo *Kudzuki Yonhon Nukite, also known as the hell stab, similar to the chidori, but only stronger. The Third could also seal the Hachibi after every time it would go out of control....by himself. By doing that he would use the sealing technique:
Kohaku no Jōhei.
So the Third had the lightning release armour, knew lightning release, took on th e Hachibi, he knew Black Lightning ( this is whom Darui learned the technique from, took on 10,000 shinobi single-handedly, he uses the hell stab; the only weapon able to penetrate his Lightning Release armor, and a Rasen-Shuriken couldn't even penetrate his shield.
So now the only people I can see beating the Third Raikage are Hashirama, just because, well, he's the person Madara has the most toward, acknowledging him as his better. And Minato, only because he's faster and specializes on wind-release techniques.
But anyways, if any of you can prove me otherwise, please, bring it. :3

Your thread titles says "Third Raikage, strongest Kage of all time", yet you state Hashirama is stronger, COMPLETELY going against the very thread you're trying to prove.

This should be named "Third Raikage, Second strongest Kage of all time"

are you ultimately dumb??? sure taking on 8 tails is a feat to applaud. but taking on all tailed beast, tameing them, and giving each nation a tailed beast. a feat only one man could do: Hashirama. if the third raikage tried to take on all tailed beast, it'd practically be like putting a bullet in your own head. the last time i checked the thrid had a hard time against the hachibi. they ended up knocking each other out. you make itsound like he had no problem with the eight tails.

umm guys... doesn't it say in the manga that hiruzen was actually known as the god of shinobi? they said he as the current most strongest kage of all, and i think that the third raikage was still alive when hiruzen was hokage (minato fought A before he was raikage, and minato died when the 9 tails attacked. that happened when mianto was hokage. hiruzen had already retired so basically, hiruzen could have been stronger than raikage, not to forget hashirama and minato (In speed)
