It's obvious that you didn't understand what he meant. Tenten isn't the new generation of Uchiha or Senju or Namikaze, so her being weaker than any of them is irrelevant.

The kage that debuted in the war arc were surpassed by their successors, Ay is better than the 3rd raikage, Gaara is better than the 4th kazekage, Mei is better than the 2nd mizukage, and the fence sitter is better than Mu. There is no argument to the contrary.

SM Naruto was able to overcome the 3rd raikage anyways, his reflexes overcame the raikage's speed. Most top shinobi at this point would beat the 3rd raikage- Sasuke has genjutsu, susano'o and amaterasu, Kabuto has sage mode, the present kage all have the requirements to win, every hokage is better, even Mu.

As for Tenten... give her the banana fan, the 3rd raikage will fall to her in moments.

All though the second raikage is extremely powerful, he is not unbeatable as Naruto proved when he used sage mode and Rasengan to beat him. Its hard to say what kage is the strongest because they all have abilities that are just insane compared to most shinobi's

We have never seen Hiruzen fight in his prime but to be considered God of all ninja and be made hokage at a young age (Danzo's flahback b4 he died) to have taught the legendary sannin and (from an old flashback) 2 be recognized by the 1st and 2nd hokage when he was a genin....DUDE!!!! No, the 3rd Raikage is not the strongest Kage. There was an interview with Kishi and a question was asked who was the strongest Hokage and Kage in general. Kishi said, as far as the dead goes, Minato is the strongest of all the Hokages, Kages and shinobi in general, but as for the living, we'll have to wait and see. The 3rd is tied with him pretty much.

No kage competes with Hashirama

Just because Madara said only Hashirama has the power to stop him does not mean Hashirama is the most powerful. Hashirama most likely knows Madara's weakness, that is all.

Take Superman for instance, he's stronger than pretty much anything, but give his enemy some Kryptonite and bam, Superman is on his knees. That doesn't mean they're stronger then him, just means they have his weakness.

Sharingan can keep up with v1 so basically an uchicha with Ms can defeat him plus I don't think he is smart enough to not look into their eyes in order to avoid genjutsu.

lol of course naruto is stronger and could beat him, because he allready did when he let him run into his own jutsu. In battle its more than jutsu and abilities, the most fights in naruto and naruto shippuuden proves that. For example zabuza vs. naruto in one of the first episodes. Naruto coulndt stand a chance against zabuza because he had a good jutsus experience and was a jounin after all, but naruto tricked him and freed kakashi and the others. SO jutsu is not all and like everything in life it doesnt matter because they are allready dead. WHAT IF discussions dont make sense...what if i win a million dollars? blablabla
