Only Viz Translations are canon when it comes to Naruto ( when they come out). All other translations are not be the Naruto providers hence false. Sure they might have translated from the original txt. but so did Viz. =].

That is a baseless conjecture in your part, you are not even sure if Obito could awaken the Rinnegan itself even with Senju cells, not to mention the length of time it would take for him to awaken it if he did actually did have the potential to do so which is a moot point, therefore it is only logical to conclude that the Rinnegan Madara was referring to in 606 was the Rinnegan he gave to Nagato. The actual existing Rinnegan at that time, not your farfetched assumption

I doubt that, Madara has no love for the Uchihas, it doesn't matter if Obito was an Uchiha, his non-disposability is not factored by him being an Uchiha over Nagato who was an Uzumaki.
