no tomoe equal as non activated Uchiha eyes, thats mean no ganjutsu, pricog, no chakra flow see through etc vs activated byakugan that can see chakra, block chakra etc, that is lathel for non sharigan uchiha if it true like you said that thay cant awaken a simple tomoe sharigan.

OK to sum it up, that is why Uchiha losing to Senju, because they dont have or cant awaken a sharigan, just only a select few have it.

Hyuga's can't becoz they will die of chakra drainage if they do so and having byakugan dosen't means all can use it and hyuga skills effectively :|

Not really Itachi can use finger genjutsu.Uchiha's have been shown well adept in Kenjutsu and other Ninja tools alongside Katon.

They have byakugan because they are likely Hamura's direct descendants (he had byakugan, not rinnegan). As to why Toneri lacks it, he may be are part of the clan, but not descended from Kaguya, or, he was simply passed over (like Ashura).

You are thinking too hard, this isn't remotely as complex as that. Also, Madara didn't phase, he teleported which we have no indication that Juubito couldn't do too. Phasing =/= Teleporting. This is simply stating a fact, there is nothing else to it.

If inbreeding is their condition is different from Uchiha because Sharigan is torn down from rinnegan, maybe it having special condition because it to different or to complicated to pass down and possesses by mass Uchiha.

but Hyuuga is just having a Byakugan same as Kaguya and Hamura, that mean it easy to pass down and possess by all Hyuuga
